Hope you are feeling better Zac? You certainly did The Grand Western Canal justice - beautifully narratted and filmed. I really enjoyed it. Keep up the excellent work! Best Wishes Sam - lady from Cullompton Aldi car park!

Hi Zak, this brought back fond memories of the times i used to walk along here with my Mum and the Dog, sadly my Mum passed away in 2004 and because of my health issues walking is difficult for me now. Anyway, where you turned back at "manley bridge" - if you had gone up into the lane, turned right, then walked down a short way, you would come to a bridge over the old railway line. You could have gone down onto the railway footpath and walked back to tiverton that way. This is a walk that Mum Me and the Dog often did.

Hi Reu, thank you for sharing such a fond memory of this walk. I am sorry to hear about your loss. I appreciate that alternative route suggestion, I will have to check that out myself at some point! Thanks for joining us on this walk :) Best wishes, Zack
