This will be a great recipe for me. I love this type of salad, love that you can adapt it to what you have on hand, and easy! I grow my own veg, so this is perfect. Hi, you can prepare this a day before but don't add the sauce on to the salad ingredients until you're ready to served. That's because the sauce will soften everything after some time and lose the crunchiness of the vegetables. It's best tossed together with the dressing right before you eat. This salad is so delicious, I hope you give it a try. Thank you
@@doribi05 I think you'll like it. The recipe for the sauce makes a big jar but you can store it in the fridge for a long time until you want to use it again. The sauce tastes great with grilled meats and noodles too
