I hear the money you need to pay for it is exorbitant, but also the process is very long and can be discouraging (also there is a lot of corruption involved). I have a big plot that I wanted to rezone, but from the information, I have been getting I feel like I might as well sell it.
Dumisani is a Planner. He is not a Land Surveyor. Hence, at best Dumisani can get a consent letter from a Local Municipality to subdivide. The only professional who is legally allowed to undertake subdivision, inclusive of obtaining the Municipality consent, is the Land Surveyor. Furthermore, Sectional Titles is the exclusive domain of Land Surveyor. Furthermore, a Planner do not frame any diagrams, only Land Surveyors undertake same, which diagram gets approved in the Office of the Surveyor General. Moreover transfer of a portion takes place by way of deduction and registration in the Office of the Registrar of Deeds. The advice provided is concerning and professionally self-serving.
Hi Karl, thank on this however is you are to check the series we did from start with this town planner he did declaire that he works with other professionals to get the jobs done... however his business is a one man stop shop... especially for the business investor
