I'm travelling to Rome in 2 weeks alone. Thank you for your videos they are very helpful. But now I'm so stressed out with seeing how big this airport is and how far apart the are areas of importance are. Thankfully I have assistance booked but no idea where I need to go to find this assistance. 😔
Awesome video. Very informative. I’m curious, do you remember how long it took to get through security after you checked in? Was there a different line at security control for Delta SkyPriority? Were going to Rome in July.
It literally took about 3 minutes to get through security after we walked from the Delta check-in counter. There was not a different line for Delta SkyPriority that I saw when I went through. Delta (flying as Delta) only operates a few flights out of FCO daily, however many flights to the US are done through their codeshare partners (such as KLM). Also, thanks for the comment!
Hi! Im travelling next week, and Im concerned about the kind of body scanner do they have since im pregnant and I don’t want to go trough X-ray. Its a normal metal detector, or full body scanner? thank you ❤️
I’ve never flown with Wizz but from my understanding they certainly pay attention to the weight of the bags. Wizz air has several different checked bag options all based on the weight of the bag.

The two times I’ve checked in at FCO I went through regular metal detectors. They may have the full body scanners but I don’t remember seeing them.
