Location changer app on android has fixed that problem, you can use the virtual joy stick and set the speed that you are traveling at or you can actually drive to that location, set your location as that place then go somewhere else without being tracked but you will want to go back to this place before you turn off the location changer..
The best way I found , is that I go to settings turn off cellular data for life360 only then turn off wifi, I recommend having a strong wifi when stopping it but make sure ur Wifi is OFF right after the cellular is. But it won’t update ur time so I always say (it’s a glitch, WiFi problems, I had to restart my phone, I have no service/1 bar.) those things. So be carful when u turn it back on once or twice it’s shown like parts of places I was at but not the full thing. But I’ve been doing it for over a year and only had it happ twice! Be safe y’all

(they don't know that I left my college, hence I dorm in my college) It seems that the app still gets updates and when I saw myself. it showed that I was moving but it didn't know where I was. I'm not sure if this shows on other devices such as my parents and idk, I'm just trying to phone a friend

They only got it because I went to my friends almost any day I didn't have school, and still had trust issues. I'm now 18 1/2, and since I still live with them, I am required to keep it. Only way I can get rid of it is moving out, or if I start paying rent. Funny considering they're advocates for me saving money and staying home for community college. They're way too controlling, at this point they're trying to push me away and have a bad relationship with me.

I’ve done this. Have Life360 installed on both phones. Delete the app on your regular phone that you’re taking with you. The burner phone should show the location as normal at home. Once you are home, you can download life 360 back on your regular phone and it will say you’ve been home since whatever stated time.

This software is a computer-based software. You need to download it on the computer then connect the phone you want to change location.
