check your firewall configs. No sound means either you are behind nat or firewall is blocking so make sure port 10000 to 20000 are open on your firewall as these are the rtp port used to carry your media

i created two extensions like u showing in this video, but after configuring one of the extension on zoiper am not able get any response
like in ur case as u configured extension 4000 and called the same extension using zoiper, u got the answer as the person at extension 4000 is bussy
but in my case when am calling the same extension that i configured on zoiper nothing is happening, call not getting completed
