It sounds like the VAP Blu-ray used the optical soundtrack printed on the film rather than magnetic recordings. There's older uploads of the NCOP where its audio track has higher fidelity.
@@pentaro518 yeahhh, that's what the BD uses for the OP. Wonder if they lost the audio tapes for the OP since the show itself and the ED uses the original audio masters
