Harry says something like he either has fired all 6 shots in his magnum or he only fired 5, so he asked him if he was feeling lucky enough to try. The guy did not try and harry took away the shotgun. As he walked away the guy asked him if there was a bullet chamber. Harry proceeded to point the gun at him and fire, but the chamber was empty. So in this case Family Guy parodied the scene of "Do you feel lucky punk?" but this time it was Leprechaun with a four leaf clover so he was extra extra lucky.
Funner fact, the midnight ride was actually preformed by dozens of men, who knocked on the doors of the houses to inform them that the royal army was coming, as it wouldn't make sense to shout "the British are coming" because the overwhelming majority of the colonists were British
