I picked up several of the LOTR sets last year. They are seriously good builds and figs. I hope LEGO revisit the line with some new sets in the future. Like they have done for Harry Potter and will do for Indiana Jones!

Wow amazing stores and haul. The rare LOTR sets would be my go to for sure. I’m surprised you didn’t get Voltron or Jokers Manor though seeing as they are in your biggest missed opportunity video a few months ago. But I bet it must of been hard to narrow down what to get with such an enormous selection of incredible sets.

The Star Destroyer at 5:54 was actually my first big star wars set ever and I still have it 100% complete with instructions. 1 of the best star destroyers ever made!

Wow - I am hyper with just watching this (needed to see some scenery on your drive to calm down Ha Ha). So many great sets, parts and figs! There must be something like this in Ontario as not sure when we will get back to Calgary.

the Technic droideka is awesome and really fairly priced for including the box :D I'm surprised by the really decent prices, some are better than bricklink lowest!

Love how people in North America think nothing of a 3 hour drive one way and a 3 hour drive the other way to go home. Just a complete different culture to attitude and driving vs the UK (obviously because it’s so small in comparison). That would probably be a two day trip and overnight stay for me. Love the dedication for Lego 👍
I've heard it like this: in the UK 100 Miles is a long way, but not in the USA. In the USA 100 years is a long time but not in the UK.
I watched your video super close to see if they had anything that I was looking and I jumped and saw it!! There it is! They have one! I had to have it so I reached out to them and DANG IT, they don't ship to the US..lol..oh well, I will keep looking.
I'll be going to Calgary some time in April for the Comic Book Expo. And while i'll be down there i'll be sure to check these spots. Cause they got one or two things I would love the most. So thank you for sharing this video and allowing me to see what they have and hopefully they'll be there by the time I get there soon ^^

3 hour Drive in Ireland is one side of the country to the other so to do that for Lego here is unheard of, but if I had that store here I totally would too!

I'm lucky I live in reasonable driving distance from 3 different Bricks and Minifigs and a Lego Store...I don't take that for granted. That being said, none of those locations have a selection even REMOTELY close to what you showed in this video. My wallet would be hurting if I had access to these locations 🤣

Great collection. I'm moving to Canada!!! Alberta here I come - I'll be scooting around that West Edmonton Mall in between Lego shopping trips to Calgary.
I am such a completist that I have everything I currently want from those shops except that Kingdoms jousting set, which I've always lusted after and the Maersk ship - I even have the matching train, which is rare. I think the Monster Fighters Haunted Mansion and the Old Fishing Shack are great in any Lego city. Missing is my favorite Star Wars set(s), Jabba Sail Barge (1 &) 2. The 2 sets that make his palace are also cool, as well as those awesome old Creator Expert trains Horizon Express and Emerald Night Train. I guess you can't have everything.
If I was a new collector I'd snap up all those retired Modular Buildings. In my opinion they're much better than the recent ones. Incidentally, if you rebuild or build an original-parts Fire Brigade, the 1x1 maroon tiles will crack (the grey ones won't) but luckily the current tiles match in colour. It's the only one of the early modulars that has a problem, and it's interesting to see that colour dye changes a Lego piece's brittleness and hardness (these are super-brittle).

I respect these stores because it gives you a chance to get Lego sets that you missed out on but you’d have to be lucky if they have it too and those prices may be really high but respectable since some aged so well and worth a lot

That hot air balloon would be a must have for your LEGO city especially if you put it on white translucent bricks so it looks like it's actually floating in the air. I so wish I had stores like this near me instead of just the LEGO store as much as I love the LEGO store, I've been wanting some of those architecture sets for ages like the U.N. building or Sydney and so on. I want to build Dubai so I can say I have a mini Burj Khalifa.

A few years ago Lego produced one of its best City sets, Prison Island, which featured a hot air balloon escape, and there have been some Friends balloons too.
