A combat medics 2 cents.... Suture kit, ace bandages to wrap wounds and tie a gauze pad or a wound tightly to stop bleeding. Kerlix 6 inch w rolls for minor lacerations cuts burns. Etc. and combat gauze to pack a wound, cravat(for slings and to tie wound wrappings or trauma/combat gauze to a wound), ncds needle, 3 inch med tape (the 1 inch can be a bit harder to stay on and the 3 inch you have more versatility). Get some smaller pouches for your bag, mesh with velcro attachment systems and zipper pockets work good. Can label them.
Awesome kit. Maybe consider a couple smaller bag inside the big pouch for organizing... Keep it from spilling out if you open it in a hurry and you know exactly where everything is and don't have to dig and search
If you go into the wild where you call a for help with radio or Mobile phone you might take a Bangalfire Signalpistol with you, but not in too dry regions. You can also take a SAM SPLINT, Scarf, Tweezers, I do not know your location maybe a Tick Card, MultiTool with Glassbreaker and Belt Cutter, Cheast Seal, Hydrocortison, Allergy Tablets, Antisept-Spray, Alkohol Pads, Bepanthen, Anti-Mosqito, Sunblocker, Sunglasses. .
Airway management would be a good plus , some OPA or nasal buddy , maybe a paediatric BVM as well , , can be used on adults with less chance of over inflation of the lungs :0) but very good mate keep up the thinking 💭

Great kit! I would include occlusive dressing or chest seals for penetrating chest trauma. Also, I would add a CPR mask and lots of gloves.

Good kit set up mate. A roll of cling film to cover burns dressings is a handy thing to have, plus tweezers.
