I think you completely miss the beauty of an open-ended scenario. You don't know "what's going on" because you lack the imagination to make it interesting for yourself.

Can you please make a found footage video about a false animal? if you don't know, it appears to be a smiling and cute horse. but make no mistake! if you look at the reflection of the floor, you will see that it is actually a hideous slug-like being. this is the true form of this horse. a false animal is a slug-like shapeshifter that usually disguises itself as docile animals to deceive humans, in the case of this image it disguised itself as a horse to deceive the cameraman. a found footage video about this monster would be awesome

Concept was good, but you executed it poorly. The dude telling you to shoot her just sounded goofy and unprofessional, nothing like a serious broadcast. The girl is way too big and the zoom into her face was also unnecessary and broke the tension. The video was way too short, it doesn't have enough time to captivate you and draw your attention. It would've been better if it seemed like the government or a company was telling you to not worry about the situation too much, but to contact them as soon as possible if you see the girl. Basically trying to deescalate the situation and make it not seem dangerous but still making sure to get it under control as fast as they can.
