It’s fun to watch these videos even after visiting a month ago. Lol bringing the entire family of 6 next summer again. I find Nanaimo has a great selection of family friendly things to do. Can’t wait! Keep up the great work Scott 👍
Always waited for this video, because it is my favorite area in nanaimo that i sadly only am able to see it at google earth. Great to know more things about this area. Great work 👏
I used to live in Linley Valley. I then moved to Oak Ridge in Hammond Bay. Currently, I live near Westwood lake in South Jingle Pot. In the future, I would look for other opportunities in Jingle Pot area of Nanaimo or Lantzville.
I could. Provincially I don’t think there’s a major difference. There’s a few different laws between provinces but for the most part, you can purchase a home in British Columbia as long as you’re a Canadian resident.

So happy to hear you enjoyed your visit. Hope to see you again next summer 🏝️
Very cool. All great neighborhoods thank you for all your content! Love watching videos of our homeland.

I hope it lived up to your expectations!
Our neighborhood! Nicely done. But can’t seem to share it to my eastern fam.

With all your experience with VI neighborhoods really curious what neighborhood you chose to reside in.

Westwood Lake is beautiful. I think my wife fell in love with it when we toured there last month, but our budget can't stretch that far. 😁
No cell phone network area
Did you miss the part where I mentioned that in the video?
Could u please make a video for out of province investors?

Very poor cell phone coverage and a long way to drive anywhere.
Privacy and no cell phone calls? Sound like paradise 😂
Not so paradise constant traffic on Hammond Bay rd.
Don’t hang out on the road. Go to the beach silly.
Over crowded, poorly planned city. A 5 minute drive that takes 20. All for the low price of only 8k a month for one of those homes.
Seems you’re eating a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Thanks for watching and commenting. It helps the channel substantially 👍
You willingly move to dampers fire
Dampers are hot.
