9530 reminds me of a small Stewardess bag & I love it! Wish it had a back pocket. The 9965 bag reminds me of the Rambler. Both are so nice 🤩💗 thanks for sharing!

When your hands are full of creamer so for whatever you’re using you might want to consider one of those little table top easels that will hold your phone for you just the position you want that might be helpful perhaps

It’s in mint condition and came with the box, QC tag and registration booklet. I assumed it was authentic and didn’t have it looked at first - do you think it’s safe to say it’s real? I might post it on the purse forum to calm my nerves
Definitely ask. Pastel colors were highly faked and so was the #9965 but seeing as you had so many other items come with your purchase it is likely good and RARE girl!! I would make sure though ;)
Would you say that the city bag from the 80s is the same type of leather? I’ve had quite a few bags and I noticed that the city was very thick and almost rubbery. Like meaty lol. My Willis is like that too but my Bantam is a lot thinner leather. Still nice, just not as thick.
The leather is definitely different based on year, country/factory and even style. Older, NYC made bags are more ‘chewy’, thick leather. The chewy feel is more pronounced on a bag that was used and loved a lot. But, a City 80’s bag would have very similar leather to the #9530 here. Very different from the #9965 which was only Made for a short time in the mid 90’s.
