Hi there! You’re definitely on the right track looking for silk - for non silk pieces I still do pick some up it just depends on whether they have other high in demand features that bring the item value :)
I found Stio insulated leggings a few months ago at a regular Goodwill. I hadn’t heard of it, but the material/thickness make me check comps. They sold within days of listing!

Wowies - Around 2020, and a little before, mens short shorts were really making their come back. 5" inseams specifically. Chubbies and a select few were really the only ones making these that weren't marketed specifically to runners. Wowie started popping up in my IG feed in 2020. I actually bought a pair. It was one of their first launches. I returned them. The fit was awful but I'm sure they have come a long way. They came at a great time. Covid was in full swing, the economy was good, people were buying online like crazy.
Chubbies are so cool! Sean likes them too. But yeah I was so impressed when I looked up this brand, and thanks for the background too :)

Can I ask a ? - since I started following you and Sean, I have been putting a lot of (appropriate not spamming) keywords into the title and also under "Theme" on Ebay (only place I sell). I have noticed I am getting more views and sales are slowly picking up. I just did a search to see if Ebay's search engine/Cassini picks up on "Theme" and a few articles said to put keywords in title and description ONLY if you want them picked up by search engine. Is that your understanding as well? TIA!

I’ve been slowly trying out some of your style based ideas, a bit more difficult due to pricing, no bins within 100 miles lol. But I’m carefully selecting some suggested items, interested to see how they do. I’ve always picked up cashmere, silk, linen regardless of brand and had great results selling. Thanks for sharing !

I just found a brown vince sweater that is tak and wool. So far not a lot of interest. I also have a beautiful velvet vince slip dress. People liking but not buying
Interest and sales for more style based pieces especially will highly depend on the style and keywords! Those sound like great pieces !
