    this was very helpful - moving to 3rd floor from 1st floor - just needed to see someone attach the netting from the ceiling to the top of the balcony banister to go "OOOH DUH" lol

      @@katrinakole2077 I've actually debated this very subject for many a years. Although my 3 cats are still safe with me, its still, a concern that lingers over my head everytime I open the window.
      Since I tend to not stick anything out my windows, I might whip up some sort of cover for the screen using this chicken wire shes using too. Like, attach/hook on a big square chicken wire right over the screen (on the outside) and therefore, not only can you still perfectly see how and get fresh air in, but the cats wont be able to get through a wired fence

      Thank you. As soon as I began reading this o was like omg! Yes! Of course. Duh. lol. Only since I’m upstairs w/o a ladder in apts I can do this inside. Even if I have to repair the holes for the hooks myself for the deposit (and so what if I lose the deposit-my cat will be safe) Omgosh I’m doing this. Thank you so much. Brilliant. I followed you also.
