My friend, your music singlehandedly increased the score of this game for me from 7/10 to 10/10, it must be an incredibly hard task to create OST for a card game, you need to keep players entertained, but they will hear every track like 50 times or likely more before the end, and you managed to make this music both encouraging, but not too invasive to become tiring. The only other card game where this is done right is Hearthstone, but it had multiple composers and most likely a much bigger budget. You nailed it solo. Outstanding job, thanks for putting your talent into indie games, enriching their atmosphere to the max, hope to hear more of your tracks in the future! P.S. Sorry for the grammar, English is not my first language:)
Wow, thanks so much for the kind words! Honestly you never *really* know how people will react to your work, so it's always encouraging to read messages like these! :)
Good sir, you've given us legendary level compositions in Wildfrost. The soundtrack casually overshadows the whole game by its pure talent and energy. Thank you for these gems and really hope to listen to more of your works in the future.
i reallllly love the instrumentation uve used on the soundtrack!!! im not sure what kind of instruments they are (and id honestly love to hear ab ur process) but this soundtrack both injects so much energy and moxie into the game, and seriously bumps up the immersion of being a lone traveller in the frost. uve done an amazing job on this soundtrack, and ill be listening to this for ages :]
I love this song. It’s exciting, but pretty carefree and happy. Perfect for the non-miniboss phases of the first 2 fights, which generally are pretty easy (the shrooms can be trouble at times but not usually)
I could honestly see every single one of the tracks be featured in a game like Donkey Kong, it's so immersive, and the instruments so creative. Keep up the great work!
I just got the game recently and after playing the competitive scene of Hearth Stone I must say the game AND music is such an amazing change of pace. My favorite song in the game and a very intense yet groovy theme, fantastic work!!!
this game is made up on this music. while I was playing the game, the art and the music were just awsome and so immersive. i'm already hoping DLC will coming out someday...
Your music perfectly suits the adorable art style of this game. Well done, sir! By the way, the instrument start from 0:08 reminds me of a traditional Chinese musical instrument called Suona, am I right?
Thank you, glad you like the music! :) The instrument used is a Zurna, which is very similar to a Suona, even in name. I'm not sure what the main differences are, but they come from different regions in the world.
Not sure if anyone else gets this, but some of the music in this game reminds me of the soundtrack of The Great Ace Attorney. It feels like a mix of that and something else... Anyway, they're both great OSTs!
God hearing this transition in the moment i hit an enemy was the coolest feeling a roguelike has given me in a LONG while
Glad you liked that! :)
Dynamic music is so underrated in games. It adds an extra punch to the music you don't get anywhere else.
What transition?
@@BrunoMaricFromZagreb in the game, the music is calm at first at the start of a fight, and then when the first attack has been made it transitions into this song.
Man this song is great, so catchy, definitely the best combat music in a game I've heard in a long time.
Thank you! :)
Needs more bloodshed,& men in mirrors.
WE 'RE BANISHING THE WINTER WITH THIS ONE 💯💯💯
Let's do it!!
WHOOOOO!
I love how the music changes from calm to energetic after the first blow has been landed.
Glad you like it! :)
This lives rent free in my head, amazing work

@@PaulZimmermann I concur with this sentiment word by word. Really awesome job with the music, given the genre and the actual setting. 11/10
@@milanstevic8424 Thanks so much Milan - really appreciate it! :)
(Btw your grammar was pretty much perfect :D)
This is so freaking catchy, also I like timing the bell with the part at 0:15

Glad you like it! There are a lot of instruments on here, like Ukulele, Koto and Chinese flutes, among others :)
@@PaulZimmermann ohhhh!!! thats why the wind instruments sound so familiar!!! thats so cool :]
This is definitely the best track out of the entire game, even though I love every single one of them!
I don't believe I'll make a game in my lifetime, but if I were to, I'd definitely seek you out for the music. Incredible work
Thank you - and who knows! :)
absolutely love the game and this song is literally in my head (in a good way) its so catchy.
I'm glad you like it! :)

Thanks for creating this masterpiece man. Whole soundtrack of this game is a delight to hear
And thank you for listening! :)
This is amazing, I wish there was a longer version!
Thank you, how long? :D
Beautiful work, God! This song reminds me of the dance in the Disney *Tangled* movie. When they return to the kingdom, among the villagers.
Glad you like it! :)
I FINALLY FOUND THE BATTLE MUSIC RUSTAGE WAS USING FOR D&D
Welcome! Cool that people use it for D&D! :)
I wish it included the transition! This is my favorite track from the demo, have had it stuck in my head for weeks.
Such a good OST. Your work of art shines through the frozen wasteland.
Thank you very much! :)
When you play a card you didn't want to:
sad ;(
This. This is the game. I love the song so much I don't even care if I die because then I get to hear it again.
And again. And again. And again.

Это супер песня, мне очень нравится.
battle music that sounds like medieval dance music is one of the best kinds

Great JRPG combat music
BANGERTON CITY???
Dem monster hunter vibes
The first junk hit on Mini Mika
This song sounds like a Yu-Gi-Oh! track in the best ways. Reminds me of World Chalice

First time I'm hearing that comparison, I'll have to listen to that OST again to see what you mean! :)
