Mashallah I made this in a rush for the girls, I did tweek it a bit I cooked my mushroom with garlic, oregano and quater tea spoon salt burned it 4 mins until soft added the garlic n herb Philadelphia one and half tablespoon mixed it well and added cumin seeds n crushed chilli pepper added my pasta sauce when it bubbled added my 2 square mild cheddar cheese cooked on low heat 15 mins with lid on n washed up the other cutlery then added the cooked pasta and bam plates topped with cheese (I have skinny kids ) it was nice mashallah simple and yummmy.
A very friendly suggestion that it wud be more helpful if u guys write all the ingredients with their required amount in either the description box or the comments section please💕love u guys tho

I don’t think it’s fair to judge her accent. I was born and brought up in UAE. And I go back and forth to Europe, USA and UAE. I speak fluent Urdu but I have a very heavy accent which sounds as if someone who is Kashmiri,arab , Baluch speaking. Whose first language isn’t Urdu. A lot of times some Pakistanis thought I was faking it until they heard me speak this was 24/7 it’s just how it is.

I agree. Anytime someone is born and raised outside the country someone has a problem with their accent and or demeanor. I was born and raised in the US and the only reason I know fluent Urdu is because I visited Pakistan twice in my childhood over the entire summer and my mom spoke it at home sometimes. I got bullied all the time during my visits there...

Her question wasn't with bad intentions...the shopping variety is extremely limited in Pakistan as compared to the West. Cream cheese would only be in a few cities. 10 years ago when i visited i could not find any avocado, quinoa, pecans, serrano chillies, almond milk, reeses pieces cereal and much more. I visited again in 2017 and saw quinoa and avocado being sold. If you have lived in the States or Canada, you can see Laiba isnt being ridiculous. The average grocery store here has 100 type of cereals, 20 types of milk, etc. The variety IS a lot less in Pakistan and that is a fact so no need to act so offended.
It depends which part of pakistan. Alot of products aren't available in some parts.

I've visited Pakistan twice and still have questions like that sometimes... there ARE shortcomings so it's a legitimate question when asking if something is sold over there or not. I hate when people turn it into something else and choose to get offended.

aap ko pehly bhi bataya tha k ragu halal pasta sauce nhi hai.agr is pe halal likha hai tou plzzzz meri ye ghalatfehmi zaroor dor krna because hamare han jo ragu pasta sauce ki bottle milti hai wo halal nhi hoti or same aise hi hoti hai so plzzz if it says halal then sorry from me :)
It says vegetarian on it but contains wine or alcohol in it there fore it's not permissible for us Muslims

They are using traditional. There is no wine or alcohol per ingredient list.
Saute the mushrooms in the garlic and oil first before adding sauce

Sometimes people have to understand that she grew up there since a young age and its common to adapt to the environment.It's also pretty common for people that moved from a country at a young age to not be fluent in their mother tongue. It's really easy to judge but people need to understand that it's not easy for her and she's trying her best.

Ok let me clear this ragu pasta sauce thing....there are some ragu sauces which has wine ...and there are some that has no wine and are halal for us to consume.....if you are still not satisfied then go on to their website...they ingredients listed there for each and every sauce they have.

the people crying in the comments about how “of course pakistan has cream cheese” - laiba’s question was valid. i live in the united states but when i go back overseas to pakistan there are a lot of things that aren’t readily available in the area i live in (such as cheese, cream cheese, pasta, etc.,) so idk why ya’ll are getting so pressed. usually these typed of manufactured things are sold in big city stores such as metro.
