My latest obsession is this burrata strawberry cherry toast with walnut pesto
You will need:
Burrata
1 thick slice of your favorite bread I used Italian
Walnut pesto:
1 cup packed fresh basil
1/4 cup walnuts
4 chunks Romano cheese
1 cube ice
1 tbs. Lemon juice
Olive oil enough to make a paste
Salt and black pepper
Strawberry cherry topping:
A handful of Strawberry
A handful of cherries
Olive oil
Juice from 1/2 orange
2 tbs. Water
Honey to your desired taste
