Good Morning Tom ..... another challenging drawing ....... thank you. A tip for all your followers who are finding drawing paper expensive?! In the UK (and I am sure worldwide) hardware stores sell rolls of white wall lining paper (10m & 20m rolls of various weight white paper). B&Q in the UK is particularly good but other stores are available! It is just a matter of cutting a piece of fibre board into A2, A3 or A4 sizes and these can be used as a template to cut the rolled paper which can be secured to the board with drawing pins. It soon flattens out from the roll. The paper is excellent for drawing in pencil or pen and allows the use of an eraser and takes water colour paint well with the minimum of wrinkling if allowed to dry pined to the board.
It really is excellent/cheap paper to "practice" on until you are as skilled as Tom ( I still have a very long way to go!!). You can always keep a proper drawing pad for those special drawings!
