Hi, I am confused in quarter pass 2, quarter pass 6, quarter pass 9… like as you said. It’s like same 2:15, 2:25, 6:30, 6:45, 9:50, 9:17. Thank you ❤

Yes, you can say either "two fifteen" or "quarter past two" for 2:15, for example. They both mean the same thing. I just wanted to let you know that you will hear both, so be ready to hear either. (And note that it is quarter PAST two, not quarter 'pass' two.)
Much like "half past ten" or "ten thirty" for 10:30, for example. They both mean the same thing as well, and both are commonly used.
      I hope that helps!

I focus on the general accent, as this is what you will hear most of the time in Australia.

Speaking in a Australian accent shouldn’t be forced if u have to force it and ur not Australian ur going to confuse a lot of people Australian English isn’t proper English no one will even understand u I have to repeat myself so many times
