Before I was diagnosed a therapist I had because of my depression, anxiety and trauma, would call me egocentric over and over and over again. I was a teen back then. She didn't realize I was autistic, she just thought I was egocentric, childish and I don't know what. Yelled at me regularly even when I was suicidal.

I honestly appreciate ponder for doing that and she rightfully scolded everyone in that room and as far as I’m concerned Lio and the mods/admins within that server have made changes to prevent this from ever happening again. It’s a great start along with Lio taking time and dedication to grow and improve on his behalf and for the safety of those around him

It pisses me off how people invalidate Rosa's experience with PTSD and Epilepsy just because they apparently have friends with those same disorders. I grew up with epilepsy and my seizures weren't triggered by stress or cause memory loss. But that's because there are different forms of epilepsy that have different triggers and symptoms. My epilepsy was affected by sleep deprivation so I had to have a strict sleep schedule. Its understandable that Rosa will do everything in her power to prevent seizures because they are very hard to control. Medication isn't always the most effective. I can say for a fact that the one thing I remember after being seizure free for almost 9 years is the lack of control you feel over your own body when having a seizure. These people clearly know nothing about epilepsy.

My main trigger used to be HEAT of all things (and Australian summers were hell) when I was first diagnosed and flashing lights don't do anything to me so I've been called a liar. I also have no memory loss, can hear through most of my seizures and drop attacks (only once I haven't been able to) so hearing them say that shit made me so pissed off

Honestly the fact that peaches has had a lot of similar issues from what I recall makes it worse. Peaches knows what a lot of what rosa goes through and chooses that avenue to attack her anyway. The casual ableism, trauma denial, slutshaming, personal attacks, etc that happen during this all is just awful especially coming from peaches. It's like the idea that abuse victims become abusers themselves, but in this case peaches goes from getting called a cide baiter to denying other peoples trauma and using ableist slurs.

Plus, they were probably trying to get a grasp on the situation before they said anything, like how most people would do (especially since these people are very snappy, and if you aren't well spoken or don't understand what's going on but have a criticism, it's easy to assume they'd use that against you.) Yeah this isn't really a situation where speaking up without proper authority or a firm understanding would do much more than get their ire aimed at them or get them labeled a sympathizer for pointing out that they are acting out of line. Ponder kind of has the advantage compared to them in that she has a good bit of authority and people will listen to her a lot easier due to it.

One of the funniest (ironic) things to come after this call was finding out the Peaches was leaching off Lio because he didn't even have a job himself. Peaches was unemployed while harping on Rosa for being unemployed lmao.
It's so annoying how Peaches got on Rosa for having no job, no car, etc...like, dumbass, she's disabled! She has epilepsy and can have seizures when she's stressed; it's not safe for her to drive (I don't know how to drive either; I don't have epilepsy, but I do have chronic fatigue and generalized anxiety disorder, which would make it unsafe for me to drive as well).
I don't know. There's a good chance they stayed out of it for fear of being singled out and receiving the same treatment. They were getting really nasty and abusive and I can understand why that's frightening. I'm not saying it's right, but it's a human trait.
I laughed so hard when Lio asked to get Rosa’s mom involved in the call. Lio wanted sound edgy and threatening but it just sounded like he wanted to rizz Rosa’s mom.

It's so clear to me how scared the commentary community is of Ponder. Good. She's been shown time and time again to be the woman who gets things done. When I first listened to this recording, I let out the BIGGEST of RELIEF when I heard Ponder begin to speak. I don't think it's acknowledged enough how brave Ponder is when it comes to these types of situations. I genuinely hope I can have that kind of courage someday.
I was literally yelling at a LOT of points in this video. Rosa 1. Admits she didn’t do much about it but there are a LOT of reasons for why that could’ve been 2.NEVER said anyone’s trauma is not important or that what happened didn’t matter. Yeah, I'm only partway through the video, but I'm actually genuinely confused as to what they think she did wrong here. Like, as far as I can tell, she had no power to prevent the groomer from grooming people or to kick them from the server that they shared, and this is assuming that she 100% knew for a fact that the person in question was a groomer. I'm not exactly sure what else she could have been expected to do in this situation? As far as I can tell, these people just really wanted to bully someone and needed an easy target. So they picked some random woman with high support needs that happened to have a tangential connection to someone who actually did something wrong, and then just ripped into her.

I will say Omnia seems to have a mad grudge against Harley, which is clearly shown in how Omnia's video frames them. Harley actually joined the call after Ponder, and was playing catch-up as best as they could. Ponder actually backs this up verbally in a call on Harley's video.
Au contraire: Lio did have a conversation with Rebeccah/Star Giant, the actual owner of the server, and it was actually much calmer and not a dogpile of 30+ people against one.
Honestly I feel that's pretty much what it was. They did get stargiant in for a bit but didn't do much then she ducked out, so they went after rosa because she was an easier target they could yell at and bully.

What theyre doing to rosa is also considered grooming. theres a HUGE power imbalance here with her being high needs autistic and them being high functioning and/or nuerotypical, they KNOW they have power over her and theyre using it to their advantage. What's sad is that Peaches has been abused and bullied in the past by Creepshow, Luke and others. He's taken on the traits of those people and become the abuser themselves. From other response videos I've seen, Luke was right when Peaches threatened the end themselves and vanished for hours, making people worry and have their mental health suffer by staying on call throughout the night. It's both disgusting and disappointing.

Like even inherited conditions won't have the same symptoms between generations. Like my mom and brother both have a mango allergy but his is pretty mild. Just an itchy mouth for an hour or so. Hers is so bad she can't even have the fruit touch her without a reaction. What makes them think every single person with any other issue will have the same symptoms or severity of symptoms and effects if a physical issue can be so different among individuals? Everyone's unique. Everyone will have different factors that affect them differently.

I want to add a few things since I'm 10 minutes into the call: 1. Before this call, there were two calls. The first one was on a channel by the name of Tek-no before he deleted everything. The first call has since been archived. The second call was a livestream on Lio's channel. I'm pretty sure its still public there. 2. Rosa has actually cut ties with Stargiant. After the call she was still acquainted with her up until March of this year and publicly announced it on her twitter. 3. Leah (the person invalidating Rosa's epilepsy and panic attacks) backpeddled on her comments and tried to downplay her "jump on a well" comment and sent someone to apologize to Rosa on her behalf.
Honestly, Leah still should’ve done better. I can understand confrontation can be anxious and difficult to deal with, but what she said to Rosa in that chat was absolutely fucking vile and the least she could’ve done is send her an apology on her own instead of sending in a little errand boy to do it for herself. If I had been in Rosa’s situation, I would by all means not accept Leah’s apology.

It pisses me off how people invalidate Rosa's experience with PTSD and Epilepsy just because they apparently have friends with those same disorders. I grew up with epilepsy and my seizures weren't triggered by stress or cause memory loss. But that's because there are different forms of epilepsy that have different triggers and symptoms. My epilepsy was affected by sleep deprivation so I had to have a strict sleep schedule. Its understandable that Rosa will do everything in her power to prevent seizures because they are very hard to control. Medication isn't always the most effective. I can say for a fact that the one thing I remember after being seizure free for almost 9 years is the lack of control you feel over your own body when having a seizure. These people clearly know nothing about epilepsy.

Honestly the fact that peaches has had a lot of similar issues from what I recall makes it worse. Peaches knows what a lot of what rosa goes through and chooses that avenue to attack her anyway. i relate to rosa way too much in this situation. just about everything in this call that happened to her ive experienced growing up as well, down to the violent ableism and threats, fatshaming, slutshaming, threats of doxxing, gaslighting, demonization, dismissing her disabilities, mocking, laughing and bullying, involving family members, asking for login information, not feeling able to leave the call, etc.

Also, about the Harley part, the only reason they said they knew about the part where everyone was calling Rosa fat was because Ponder told them in DMs, Harley had not come in at that time, but Ponder and Harley were talking about it privately before they BOTH spoke up. Plus, they were probably trying to get a grasp on the situation before they said anything, like how most people would do (especially since these people are very snappy, and if you aren't well spoken or don't understand what's going on but have a criticism, it's easy to assume they'd use that against you.) I don't think someone should be shamed for speaking up late, with the way these calls are perceived and how catty they are.
This exactly. Harley made a video explaining this and why they were anxious to speak up in the call because they could have been lumped in the same category as Rosa as a "p*do sympathizer". Having high social anxiety myself, I completely understand why they didn't speak up until after ponder did and I agree they shouldn't be shamed for it. That's why I kinda recoiled when the omnia vid was mentioned because the some of the exact same misunderstandings that this video had about Harley were present in hers as well
Also keep in mind that Harley was 19 which is still significantly younger and less developed than Lio and Peaches.

Yeah this isn't really a situation where speaking up without proper authority or a firm understanding would do much more than get their ire aimed at them or get them labeled a sympathizer for pointing out that they are acting out of line. Ponder kind of has the advantage compared to them in that she has a good bit of authority and people will listen to her a lot easier due to it.

It's so clear to me how scared the commentary community is of Ponder. Good. She's been shown time and time again to be the woman who gets things done.

What's sad is that Peaches has been abused and bullied in the past by Creepshow, Luke and others. He's taken on the traits of those people and become the abuser themselves. As someone who is autistic made my blood boil! I was so fucking disgusted by the way Rosa was treated in this. AND the fact that NOBODY even defended or helped her in the call or discord chat is absolutely horrible and sad. It somewhat reminds me of my time in elementary school where I was laughed at for being different and nobody even helped or listened to me when I needed it. I’m also struggling with depression and anxiety and barley have any friends so that conversation hit me on a different and personal level.

I just got out of these spaces myself. Heads up: after the rosa call the server ""restructured"" and tried to improve and do better. If you ask me, everything about this cult-ure was already tainted and just...it cannot be fixed. Now theres a new server. Well, and a few branch-offs. They're all very toxic. And culty. I kid you not. They may say they've changed...the culture is still very much there. Sometimes toxicity doesnt go away, and instead just changes its shape. This is true in this situation.

I want to add a few things since I'm 10 minutes into the call:
1. Before this call, there were two calls. The first one was on a channel by the name of Tek-no before he deleted everything. The first call has since been archived. The second call was a livestream on Lio's channel. I'm pretty sure its still public there.
2. Rosa has actually cut ties with Stargiant. After the call she was still acquainted with her up until March of this year and publicly announced it on her twitter.
3. Leah (the person invalidating Rosa's epilepsy and panic attacks) backpeddled on her comments and tried to downplay her "jump on a well" comment and sent someone to apologize to Rosa on her behalf.
Honestly, Leah still should’ve done better. I can understand confrontation can be anxious and difficult to deal with, but what she said to Rosa in that chat was absolutely fucking vile and the least she could’ve done is send her an apology on her own instead of sending in a little errand boy to do it for herself. If I had been in Rosa’s situation, I would by all means not accept Leah’s apology.

I wish I saved the screenshot that had her saying this because I found out about it from a tweet calling her behavior out before the OP was suspended on Twitter. I agree with the video entirely, but excusing their horrible actions here will not help them learn. Their anger wasn’t only misdirected it’s unjustified here. Endo may be the grooming victim, which is absolutely disgusting of course, but in this call, they aren’t the victim. Rosa is. And we need to not try and excuse that.
