I actually started one of your 1229s and ended up giving it to a friend gardener of mine. He says it's doing well! Unfortunately it didn't germinate fast enough to make the cut into my patch. Also that 2365 is MASSIVE. That's gonna be a good one!
I imagine there has to be at least some negative effects from its use. However, a few growers far more accomplished than I am have used it before with good results. Figured it was worth a test try in my patch.

When you take your huts down do the plants have a hard time in the sun?
Yes, I always get a little UV leaf damage.
How much preen did you apply? Any concerns for your pumpkin rooting later?
