Twelve and Clara are without doubt my favourite TARDIS team, and this video is a tribute to them and their complicated but amazing and beautiful relationship. Hope you enjoy it!
That's why I like capaldi, he's dark without constantly moping about being the last of the timelords. The relationship between Clara and twelve is completely different from other companions. Clara knows everything about the doctor even about murdering his own people. She know's his secrets, his good side and his dark side. No other companion knows that much. This was a great vids. The song perfectly matched the theme of the vid. I watch this all the tome now.
I've never actually shipped the Doctor with any of his previous companions - even with Rose - but Twelve and Clara... There is sparkling, so intense, almost unbearable chemistry between them, they don't even have to say those three words out loud anyway - it's in every gentle touch, in every movement of the eyelids, in every hidden sigh. Amazing. Thank you so much for your video.

Oh yes. They really outdit themselves with this season, didn't they?
All the little details scattered throughout, that you might not even register on the first viewing when you're still getting acclimatized, but make it quite obvious that despite the ocassional fallouts and the passive aggressive banter, these two are properly devoted to and show much concern about each other; just expressed in superficially different ways than in s7, but the bond has ultimately deepened regardless of, or maybe exactly because of the tests it went through; They're a box of firecrackers, two natural alphas neither of which wants to give way to each other, and a great many little sub-aspects of... what they can be in any given situation.
Great combination, (that is certainly helped by the pair of really brilliant actors that have helped to bring those two to life) with the potential to become an iconic little era unto itself if those rumors of Jenna staying for series 9 are indeed true.
Twelvie and Clara are pretty awesome by themselves, but the awesomeness that results when they're both in the same room goes beyond the sum of its parts.

I agree with all of the things you wrote, this was an amazing season with these two! let's hope that Jenna stays and we can get one more season with them.

Kendrix -- thanks for pointing out the "alpha to alpha" element, quite right. These are alphas that have struggled through trials to a firm footing of mutual trust. "Do as you're told!" works for whichever of them makes this demand on the other, because of that trust. If we find such a person, we learn to trust that the one who sees us better than we can see ourself can and will help us to do better when we fall into weakness or foolishness, or at any other time, in fact. Relationships don't come any stronger than that. No wonder there's that iconic potentiality (already becoming realized, IMO) between these two characters!
this was put together using difference scenes, like some of the stuff wasnt actually ment towards each other but together so it looked like it...

This is so good omg. I love how you showed 12/clara's relationship in this. The pacing, voice overs, scenes, coloring, everything was just so spot on...seriously this is so perfect I don't really know what to say about it. Lovely job!

I felt for Clara in this one, so much. I think twelve realised that he should treat her with more respect. I like his darker persona though. It is fantastic. I think the next series will be seeing him developing even more. Wish Clara would stay on though bit longer.
Placebo's music is such a splendid choice. And the frames selection and montage is brilliant!!! To me this is a 10/10 tribute!

I haven't watched S8 because tho I like Peter I just couldn't feel his doctor (I tried with a couple episodes) but since his first episode I got some feels for 12/Clara. This video makes me ship it hard. Now I'm thinking about giving S8 another try. Also I am going crazy, would you mind sending me a PM with the name of this remix? I can't find this version anywhere.
I think it's always hard with new Doctors because you need to get used to them. It took me 2 seasons to get used to Matt, so I totally understand you. I hope you give another try to season 8 tho, it's worth it! Hell of a ride! :)

DGSAFDMD I wasn't so sure about Season 8 at first, but it is best watched back-to-back (without a week between episodes) and gets better upon each subsequent viewing. Now it's one of my favorite seasons of new Who, probably only behind Series 4 and 5. =)
