@@wingsoficarus1139 If I remember right, the game they're playing in the video is a (more complete) version of a game called "Carrot in a Box" made up on and repeatedly used in a British comedy show called "8 out of 10 cats does Countdown"
Basically you have two players, two boxes - one with a carrot and one without, and (without touching or looking in the box) the aim is to end up with the box that has the carrot.
The version Scrap and co. came up with is much better balanced - lets you view your own box, but with varying score quanities in them

I wish if they both voted swap, it actually did swap twice. So when the platform started to rotate, the person who had 0 or 1 would get excited, only to see it just keep on spinning a full 360 degrees.
Or rotate partway then rotate back.

Video idea: Uncontrollable rescue (Trailmakers)
Build a creation to rescue players who are stuck somewhere on a map in vehicles that they have limited/no control over.
For example, a car that never stops going forward or a boat that goes in circles in the waves.
You could have no HUD and use signal flares as an added level of realism to find them.
You could also just do hide and seek and use fireworks/flares as the clues as well...
this was super fun, missed these kinds of multiplayer. kan was definitely over thinking it but it made it pretty exciting
Pro tip to stop the logic from flashing/glitching:
1. Connect the button to a NOR logic gate.
2. Connect the NOR logic gate, to an AND logic gate.
3. Connect the SAME button to the AND logic gate.
The AND logic gate will be active for exactly 1 tick, and then turn off any time the button is pressed. This means you can hook it up to the memory logic, make sure to hook it up to ALL 3 of the memory logic gates if you are using the XOR method, because it will swap all of them in 1 tick, and will prevent flashing/glitching because it will not be held down.
or extend the signal to 3tick
I always wonder just how much time is spent putting these together for a 20 minute content video.
Should do a behind the scenes of you building them and release it after the event takes place.
FYI, Kosmo livestreams his building phase on his channel and the last time I watched it took him about 5 - 8 hours to make!

ScrapMan, this is brilliant! I don't know if this was inspired by some other existing game but this was a masterpiece. You guys should make a series just from this one game, and evolve it into different game modes.
For example, you could build vehicles using parts that you unlock only from these chests. So if one gets 4 wheels and then he gets to open another one, they can swap it. And one might get only a controller while the other gets two gas engines. It should be pretty fun.

great game mode, one suggestion though, since the swap and keep buttons are so far appart if your observant you can tell when the light turns on what side your opponent is on, giving you and advantage.
For next time it would be better if the buttons were next to each other, in the middle, on the floor

Hey Scrapman, would you consider doing a Raft playthrough? I think it fits the channel and would be a lot of fun. You could do it with multiplayer or mods if you want to spice things up.
I have a slight urge to figure what is the best spread of rewards to play this game. What if we make the chests more random [0,9] rewards with a weighted distribution over 3, (3±3 essentially).
Lastly to spice this game up, if the chests do swap, there is a chance the chest becomes booby trapped (aka -1 or fully negating the rewards). Each player gets this additional roll (once chests have swapped).
Though maybe game theory avoids this second state.

To make a long pulse buffer you should connect a button to a 'or gate' then chain more 'or gates' in series and then connect all the 'or gates' to the output so each 'or gate' replicate the original signal n-times the amount of 'or gates'

Is it just me or do yall sometimes feel nostalgic when watching a new vid from Scrapman? Ngl out of all the youtubers, scrapman is my favourite my no.1. I am relatively a new viewer of scrapman (since 2019) but I still remember vividly that good ol garage music when hes building in an mm video. Its just so nostalgic just neing here and seeing scrapman be himself even if he'd changed a little in how he makes content, its still him in the end which I truly appreciate.

To improve the game and have more of a meta: if both players try to swap neither players gets a chest.
That way if both say keep its safe.
This makes the safe choice keep, but if the others says swap you might lose what you have. Then picking swap is risk to chose if both pick it

I absolutely thought of the battle of wits scene in The Princess Bride
Now should be interesting if someone can do like an "among us" on scrap mechanic. For tasks, killing and vocal chat should be very easy. I don't know how the emergency botton mechanism could work.
I miss the gimmicky racing Multi-Player Mondays like the Frankenstein cars.
This was really cool! I made a co-op challenge a while back, should still work. It's called "Multiplayer Monday Challenge" under my name on the workshop.
So far we have kAN choosing violence and ScrapMan choosing psyops... What will Kosmo choose, I wonder?

What a twist on the "Prisoner's Dilemma". The dilemma is that kAN doesn't understand how to submit his answer. It's not exactly the same thing, but it's very similar in that the results change on if they agree or disagree; cooperate or betray.

the game was only close because kosmo got 3 of the explosives. kan had 2 whole more boxes than him and still lost by 1 point.
a way to throw your opponent off is to not look in your chest and chose swap or keep based on a die, even is swap, uneven is keep.
kAN didn't care for the gold or score, all he wanted was just to feel like he won the Swap or Keep mind game

Trailmakers suggestion for a MPM or something: all 4 people cooperate to design, plan, and construct a bomber with no build limit and 3 positions(gunning with mgs/bombing/flying respectively)
And everyone also designs a ground vehicle (250 blocks, 2 weapons systems, everything else is free for use)
3 people use the bomber to attack the ground vehicle, and whoever lasts the longest on the ground wins.

I've paused right at the start of the video to say this without any influence: just from the video title and the game name, I can't help but imagine that this will be a case of "one person knows where the treasure is, has to convince the other one it's in a different spot". Let's see if I'm right.
