    After a year of publication of this video you would not probably read this comment, but i just wanna say thank u really. Your analogy with students’ heights got me understand of this distribution curve. In conclusion, analogy is the best way of explaining some concepts of science! Thank you again

      In addition, i also came to idea that inequality in energy that particles gain reflect the idea of that there is no equality in life also. Only some children are born in wealthier families as well as only a few particles gain energy above activation energy

    Amazing video...cant thank you enough..as i had stopped teaching chemistry for a long time..and since my daughter has her As level exams this year..i wanted to guide her and needed a recap of topics i wasn't so confident about.....after scrutinizing several videos ..i saw yours... ....i paused it over and again to make notes...so that my kid can follow properly....😊....it has again ignited my passion for chemistry..and i have your videos as support material ❤....i wish you all the success and pls keep making wonderful videos...Loads of best wishes....from India 🙏

    why the curve must start from the origin ? I am not clear about the part where it says starting from origin means they possess some energy ? how is this possible ? because origin is 0,0 so there is no energy right ?

      Your final statement is the key part ... no particles can have 0 energy. It's not possible for a particle to have zero energy (unless at 0 Kelvin), so the graph has to start at the origin.

      @Suadabdirizak do you mean a playlist for year 2 chapters? You're right I'm not sure I've got one. It's split into Paper 1, Paper 2 and Paper 3. I can make a playlkst for Year 2 if that's what you need

      @@chemistrytutor yes sir I mean Pearson edecxcel international A level chemistry student book 2 where the first unit talks about Rates,equilibrium and further organic chemistry
      It is unit 4 and 5
      Year 13
      I could not get in your playlist
