The salt on your hands turns hand sanitizer into a liquid!

In 2017 I viewed a site called stack overflow in the search to find out why hand sanitizer turns into a liquid when it comes in contact with my hands. I came across this discussion about the subject but had no answers yet. So as a 16 year old (2015) I decided to do an experiment. After completing the experiment I shared my results on the site. But my answer was never marked as correct. I came back on the site this year ( 2021 ) to see if my answer was marked as correct or not and found someone else's post. This post stated that they did a research on Google and found the answer, stating water turns hand sanitizer into a liquid. This person's post was marked as correct. I have decided to make a RUclips video to share my results. enjoy! Also in biology we learn the fresh water fish can't be put into salt water with their cells collapsing. I am aware some fish can live in both.
