Hi Irene. Thanks for the simple recipe. I have seen on many videos that salt is only added towards the end of cooking. Yours shown that we have to add salt during simmering. Which is better? Confused for a newbie. 😅
Begining just add a pinch of salt into it to simmer together, this way will bring the flavor of ingredients to the soup when in cooking, then in the end add some salt to taste....
