The fact that M.X.E.S is stylistically linked to a movie from 1983 specifically feels meaningful to me. 1983 is a year in FNAF lore where nearly everything important happens, in regards to the Afton era of the timeline. Linking the M.X.E.S machine to this period feels like the devs pointing to that era and telling us to look for connections.
During that era the government would use X to stand for experimental such as the MX missile, so- Mimic eXperimental Enclosure System? Alternatively, Mario came out in 1985 so- Mario’s Xylophone Evening Serenade?

My personal belief is that William made the console, since the bunker it’s stored in is theorized to be connected to the Sister Location bunker, not to mention it contains a proto-scooper. I doubt the console would be easy to move, given it size and the processing power needed to keep that thing running, so it’s likely that the console and location come in a package, maybe even alongside the mimic itself.
I find it VERY interesting that Jason describes Cassie in almost the EXACT same way that charlie is characterized in every single version of the fnaf timeline, caring, going out of her way to help others, and most of all actually caring for the animatronics, it feels very similar to how henry described his daugher in fnaf 6. Makes me think of the Dual sisters theory you covered recently. Im really interested to see what steel wool is trying to say

You know, the way Gregory and Cassie are supposed to be sort of rivals really reminds me of Micheal - Charlie dynamic where one is supposedly helping the murderer and the other one is helping the murdered. Or in that case it would be rather a William - Charlie, since Gregory is really straight up murdering the animatronics, while Cassie tries to help them.

Personally, I think one of their intentional red herrings is the PQ3 hints. Call it copium, but I REALLY think they’re trying to build up to us as the audience trusting Vanessa, only for her to turn Vanny on us. That seemed to be a plan in the original Security Breach considering the deleted lines, and if Vanny was supposed to be our guide in HW2 before leaving us to die, that might have been a plan for that as well. A lot of stuff points to PQ3 being canon, but like… if they were so set on making it obviously canon (headless Freddy, crushed machine) then why blur out Gregory’s friend’s pronouns? If they were trying to make it obvious, why not just let him say “her”? I don’t think his friend is Vanessa. I think they want us to think it is so that we can get a plot twist in an upcoming game, and thus be able to utilize Vanny more than they had in SB.
What is confusing about vannessa and vanny is that every time everything cool about her is cut content. And then the movie does that. It seems like they are hiding the truth as cut content. Witch is very scott. But going down that paranoia Hole is bad theory practice.
The idea of Vanny being an entity that was creators when Vanessa was under Glitchtraps control is pretty smart. Not only would we be able to see Vanny again, but we would see her in a new form. I’m excited to see where FNAF will go next, and I have faith in Steel Wool. 🙏😀👍
I personally think that BOTH endings happend and that maybe Vanny crushed Glitchtrap BUT ONLY the digital form the phyisical form which is Burntrap might still live since we never know if tangel killed him or if he got possesed or if Burntrap escaped. I now realised something. Mimic 1 was always in the VANNI mask, while Glitchtrap was in the VR world. When Gregory played PQ 3, he freed Vanessa from the Glitchtrap, but not the Mimic. They merged together because of that mask. And when Gregory played PQ 3, that part of Glitchtrap that was connected to the Mimic was gone, and so, like from Vanny's cut dialogue, only a small bit of His code was left. And so to completely defeat Glitchtrap, they used the same mask that has Mimic 1 program to kill Glitchtrap completely. Which means that GLITCHTRAP WAS WILLIAM AFTON ALL ALONG AND MIMIC KILLED HIM. THIS IS FAZBEAR FRIGHTS EPILOGUES ALL OVER AGAIN.
And i guess that the reason Gregory and Vanessa returned to the Pizzaplex is because of her connection to Mimic1 program. That's why the security nodes in Ruin are rabbits. I guess same could apply to MXES.
Things I think. 1. I personally don’t think glitchtrap is fully dead, I’m more under the belief that perhaps most of his code was destroyed and it’s caused him to be severely weakened to the point where he won’t be able to take on as much of a active role, but we’ll most likely get Vanny/VANNI to take on the role of the next main antagonist in the game she appears in now in Cassie’s mind. 2. I think chica may be rescued by a child of her own like how Freddy has Gregory and Roxanne had Cassie, perhaps, maybe Amelia from the tales story ggy. 3. If glitchtrap is dead perhaps the next villain will be another variant of the mimic, perhaps even Tiger-Rock from the books. 4. If the tales books are canon to the games we may have to explore other pizzaplex’s. 5. If Vanny/VANNI really was able to be separated from Vanessa I think the same will happen to Cassie, but instead of trying to find a new host body she’s gonna build herself a animatronic body. 6. I’m under the belief that Cassie’s dad is gonna return from being put inside the mask-bot, perhaps he’ll find a way to travel through the pizzaplex network and transfer his mind into a new body or get his own body back.
I've been pretty big on the Chica idea since the first Ruin poster. I mixed up Amelia's named thinking someone said Abigail, which led me down a big spiral of comparing Chicas and Babys. Of the Ruin we got, one sort of thing I wanna change would be if you didn't shatter Monty or Chica in base, they'd have a different model in the DLC, or potentially act differently if Gregory didn't hurt them.
I have been saying this ever since HW2 came out. Cassie's dad, Gregory and Vanessa have to be working togather during HW2. The Vanny ending is probably just a metaphor of what happened, not how it happened. Cassie's dad sacrifices his body for Glitchtrap to take it over completely (After all he is the perfect vessel as a fan of Bonnie, being a dad and being a fazbear technician) Cassie's dad is left behind in the system of the Pizzaplex with Glitchtrap completly gone from it now. (Ending 1) Vannessa who pretends to be Vanny kills Glitchtrap in Cassie's dad's body, probably with the help of Gregory, after Cassie's dad makes the ultimate sacrifice. (Ending 2) This makes both endings work, while killing Glitchtrap and making the new Helpi mimic, the driving force inside of the Pizzaplex system.
Sorry, Toast, but you got the ending of B-7 2 wrong. Billy’s grandmother assimilates B-7 into her body, announces that she’s been terminally sick for a while, then dies and somehow that kills B-7. There’s nothing about falling down stairs.
Thing is, I feel like both endings in HW2 are canon. I mean, why bother mentioning that Glitchtrap is dead? Like you said, no matter what Cassie will retrieve the mask. No matter what, Cassie's dad dooms his daughter. Besides, when we put on the AR mask in Ruin, we see a human brain and veins in mask bot, meaning that yes, Cassie's dad was torn apart and literally stuffed into mask bot. I think that the arcade machine ending is also symbolically showing that Cassie's dad is trapped. He can't do anything. He's forced to helplessly watch as his daughter gets corrupted by the same thing he was slowly manipulated by. And about your "Vanny is still alive despite being separate from Vanessa" thing, I feel like I've got more evidence to back that up. Thing is in Ruin, when we get the Brazil ending, we see Vanessa and Gregory. But not with Freddy, with Helpi. That means it's most likely that Vanessa and Gregory also had chips in their brains, and even if they were freed, some of their data was still left behind when they were controlled. That's why we see Vanny. While Vanessa might have killed Glitchtrap and freed herself, Vanny is still very much alive. I also think that this ending should symbolize Vanessa's freedom. I mean, after Glitchtrap gets crushed, Vanny disappears into the void. She's not a threat, for now. It's possible that either the Mimic will control Cassie, Vanny will control Cassie, or whatever it is that controls Cassie will make her and whatever is controlling her our new antagonists. And it might be carnival-themed like you said in a previous theory.
It could be that both endings for HP 2 are the “real” endings. With the mask bot ending be where Casey’s dad’s soul ends up and the Vanny ending is where his consciousness is trapped; in the same vain of Afton in UCN with his soul trapped in the suit and his consciousness in UCN.
The MXES thing had me wondering so hard on what they’re trying to say… Like what does that mean? There’s no way he could have been created in the 80s, they were just starting out.. MXES is such a mysterious character. I have ideas on who I think he is but oh boy that side of thr fandom would get very mad at me lol
FNAF has always given the Fazbear company technology that's way too advanced for the time period. A good example is Fetch from the Fazbear Frights books, which came out years and years ago. This is just a plot point of the franchise and has been for a long time.
The MXES machine has to just be an old super computer used for development of the mimic program and other stuff, and the hardware has just been repurposed to run the security system for the pizzaplex because otherwise it quite literally makes zero sense why presumably William or Henry would make it. I personally just think the timeline is a lost cause at this point, nothing seems to matter, and you can toss in anything anywhere because this franchise follows as much logic as installing a screen door on a submarine.

Something that interests me is how much Glitchtrap's death mirrors how tape-girl said to kill him in Help Wanted. What she tells us is that Glitchtrap wants to escape through someone plugged in the game via a VR headset, and that only when he does that can he be destroyed. The only way to connect to Princess Quest 4 is while wearing the Vanny mask, at which point the player finds themselves in the game world, a virtual reality rather than the augmented reality of the game's main hub. And while exploring that game world, we find ourselves in a claw machine, where we give the Glitchtrap plushie to Moon, who drops it in the chute so Vanny can pull Glitchtrap out of the machine. While it's not as literal as escaping through our body, our being plugged into the game allows Glitchtrap to escape, only for Vanny- the person who heard tape-girl's instructions- to crush him.

There's an issue in my mind where the age of the Bonnie Bully comes up. Let's say that you're right; they are one and the same. Let's also say he was around 10-15 yrs old when the Bite of '83 happened. If we accept the information that SB occurs in 2035, at youngest he'd be near 62. At oldest, he'd be pushing 70. That's retirement age or reasonably close to it. A bit old either way to be raising a child. I think it's more likely that Cassie is a grandchild rather than daughter. We've already seen some loose evidence that the game series is generationally impacting. This wouldn't be that much of a stretch.
I’m not sure about though, we have people in real life that are around 60-70 years old and still have children. I mean heck Scott himself is still having children and he’s around his 60's or 70's.
When you told kid about their future games they might make and they said carrot cake, it might be something talking about Roxy because before being deactivated, she asked Cassie what is his favorite cake and she answer carrot cake and when the elevator Falls at the end, we hear Roxy saying Cassie, so will Roxy be the main character in the next game?
My interpretation is that Glitchtrap (the digital entity) is gone but Vanny (Glitchtrap fused into a woman's mind) stlll exists. And Cassie's mind,as Glitchtrap seems to be talking to her before she gets the Vanny mask ("Monty is dangerous, stay away from him","I'm lonely","Happy birthday,Cassie","warmer","boiling"). Of course,this is built on Vanny and Vanessa being different people because they physically can't be the same person,how did she get in the Vanny costume that fast?
I mentioned it during the livestream, but I think Security Breach's hints that both PQ and Burntrap endings are canon mean they both happened in some way and, similarly, I think both endings of HW2 happened, just with a time gap in between. I think the HW2 ending where you listen to Helpi, collect the transformers, Cassie's dad is killed and uploaded into Maskbot, and we see Burntrap's pod open happened before Security Breach took place. That was Glitchtrap's big attempt to escape by downloading himself into Burntrap but Gregory and the Tangle foiled him. Because a bit of him was still attached to Cassie's dad he wasn't fully destroyed and he was stuck as Helpi in the Pizzaplex's systems again. It makes sense then why we see the Pizzaplex first in pristine condition and then later in ruins. Cue Ruin and the digital version of Cassie's dad we saw in Maskbot is under Helpi's control but as Helpi turns its attention to Cassie it gives her dad room to download himself into PQ4 to try and sever Helpi's (Glitchtrap's last remaining piece still alive) hold on him. So the Helpi that manipulated Cassie WAS still Glitchtrap but at some point after Cassie is betrayed and stranded in the basement Vanny finds that digital version of Cassie's dad still in the system, destroys that last piece of Glitchtrap, and leaves the digital Cassie's dad behind in the Pizzaplex's computer system.
i kinda wanna cry at the carrot cake teaser, the thought of seeing cassie again... makes me emotional, foor some reason- maybe, just maybe- she will get to see gregory again? i kinda wanna see her as a villain tho' for some reason, to me makes the most sense from what happpened to her in the ending of ruin... idk idk
I think that M.X.E.S. is what the mimic line from the books was controled by with the acronym being: Mimic eXternal Endoskeleton System security. as gregoy calls it the M.X.E.S. security so thats what i think

4:40 this has really made me feel stronger about the graves in hw2 being death order. Obviously gravestones are closely associated with death, plus with the death order being something that is often in the forefront of discussion in the fanbase, I think it's likely they would have deemed it misleading if it was not meant to represent that. I know a lot of people think it is the order of spirits resting, but with previously using the unlit animatronic heads to show the absence of spirits, I find it very unlikely they would swap to using lit torches to represent spirits leaving. It just unnecessarily further complicates the symbolism.
If Gregory is good now, he's likely no longer killing Vanessa's therapists, which would mean that she's able to get regular treatment, which may cause Vanny and Vanessa to reconcile in a way that breaks Vanny free from Glitchtrap's control.

Vanny doesnt seem to line up with the helpie AI. It seems much more likely that helpie is the mimic, who is baby. This explanation also doesnt explain moon. To explain that, if we think vanny is a parallel for vanessa, and moon is a parallel for Gregory. Then them "crushing" glitchtrap could be them putting it into the original mimic endo and trapping it there with MXES. However that would all have to happen before ruin, which is plausible, hut makes the Jeremy maskbot hard to explain. However if we think Vanny is Babies new persona, it wouldnt be the first time she expelled controlling personalities to be free?
Honestly, at this point my headcanon is that security breach and ruin both follow the deux ex/invisible war format for endings. Which ending is canon? Yes. Yes to all.

What if the prototype stamp on freddy's foot is implying that all the ending could be canon. Think about it. if Freddy's is manned almost entirely with Staffbots From Construction Workers, to Security Guards. Is it possible that All the endings couldve happened and that the staffbots simply reset everything each time? as long as theres nothing actively conflicting here is it not possible to combine all endings into a cohesive timeline assuming gaps where memories get reset/things get rebuilt? In the books theres a system in the pizzaplex called the storyteller which is an ai writing a story for the animatronics to follow. could it be that theres actually a system thats managing and creating each of the endings for security breach by adjusting memories and managing staffbots to reconstruct.
I just realized something… Scott cawthon made his lore similar to the Bible. We have the first run, the books, the movies, the subsequent run that discredit the first run. Just like how we have the Bible, Old Testament, New Testament, and the apocrypha that people discarded. People say it goes against the narrative, but at the same time, it answered questions that the Bible alone could not. Note, that Scott had Christian values and made Christian games before fnaf. I think that the lore was a secret nod to Christianity.

I tried to look at if the MXES machine being from the 60s-70s tells us anything about what it stands for, and noticed that the term 'Xerox' meaning 'photocopy' started around 1963-1965. If your idea that it was just to create the Mimic01 program, then it could be like 'Mental Xerox E_______ System'. Either way, it does feel like it initially created the mimic program which is why/how it is then modified to contain the mimic.

In night four of sister location we have the spring lock suit thing but I think something people overlooked was the minirainas climbing into the suit so what if the minirinas are in half control of michal until the fire of fnaf six Also some more evidence when michal vomits entered we do not see any minirinas or anything that might look like them I don’t know if this will help just a theory also happy pride month

The second ending of help wanted 2 still doesn’t make sense. If that ending did lead to Glitchtrap being “Killed” then why would it be Glitchtrap giving us the dolls that leads to that ending. Also The Entity I still think it is Glitchtrap. There are many reasons why but the one I want to point out is that when players saw that The Entity came from the M.X.E.S box and people immediately thought it was a program but people didn’t think that it could also be a virus that is in the M.X.E.S. Also sure The Entity has been called M.X.E.S but could it not just be the name of Glitchtrap’s new form.

I could be wrong but I don't think Cassie's dad wears the same Vanny mask. It is entirely plausible that some stranger picked the mask (considering she left it there at the pizza plex in her ending) but it is also established that employees had masks with the rabbit face. Vanessa was an employee too. It's entirely possible she had her own mask that she sewed (?) onto the Vanny suit* that is very clearly hand made. That being said I think these masks are a problem now just in general. Worth mentioning that the Vanny ending in Help Wanted does not look like Vanessa helping Glitchtrap. She very evidently is waved at by him and before she closes her hands you can see BOTH of his hands up almost afraid as she clearly CRUSHES him. If it _is_ Vanessa then it's entirely possible this is just her digital persona or whatever part of her left within the digital world freed from him. MXES is (alongside Bonnie I suppose) another confirmed "good rabbit". I feel we're getting to see more and more "good rabbits" to contrast all these "bad rabbit" ones. I'm a lil drunk so take all of this with a grain of salt.

If Michael Afton and Bonnie bro were closer to 15, he'd be in his '60s, which would mean he had a kid around 50. Still weird, but not impossible
It’s just takes time to learn and understand how you feel about yourself and what that means to you. And doing so you don’t have to define or compare yourself to the ideas of what gender, or “masculinity” and “femininity” are. You just simply have to be you and find the aspects you like out of either, and you don’t have to feel stuck with those once you do, we all change as we grow and so can those. I don’t think Jeremy is trapped in that claw machine. I think his journey continues in another game, and we just cut at that point because that’s where the story of Help Wanted 2 ends. Before we enter the claw machine, we go down an intact model of the sister location elevator. It just so happens that Sister Location is believed to be directly under the ruined FNAF 6 location, our hub area for Help Wanted 2. I’d like to believe that Jeremy is down in the sister location bunker at the end of Help Wanted 2 around the same time that Cassidy winds up there at the end of RUIN. They’d be in the same place at the same time, reunited to finish off all the AI nonsense at its source.
Are there two different endings? In one ending, our consciousness is trapped in a digital environment that appears to be a claw game. In the other ending, we perceive the real world through the eyes of the map bot that gives Cassie the V.A.N.N.I. mask. What if that wasn't Glitchtrap exiting the machine, what if that was Vanny? In the virtual world, Jeremy is trapped by Vanny. In the "real" virtual world, Vanny exits the machine, plops his consciousness, now under her control, into a map bot, and has him give Cassie the Vanny mask. Thus tying into your theory.
i feel like the vanny we see at hw2 is just vanessa tricking glitch trap to kill him. I dont think she left the player to rot in thr vr world but i think its step one to free him from it. The M.X.E.S machine could have been used to keep like animatronic data and stuff like that in and then modded to have the new system in it

The fact that M.X.E.S is stylistically linked to a movie from 1983 specifically feels meaningful to me. 1983 is a year in FNAF lore where nearly everything important happens, in regards to the Afton era of the timeline. Linking the M.X.E.S machine to this period feels like the devs pointing to that era and telling us to look for connections.

My personal belief is that William made the console, since the bunker it’s stored in is theorized to be connected to the Sister Location bunker, not to mention it contains a proto-scooper. I doubt the console would be easy to move, given it size and the processing power needed to keep that thing running, so it’s likely that the console and location come in a package, maybe even alongside the mimic itself.
I find it VERY interesting that Jason describes Cassie in almost the EXACT same way that charlie is characterized in every single version of the fnaf timeline, caring, going out of her way to help others, and most of all actually caring for the animatronics, it feels very similar to how henry described his daugher in fnaf 6. Personally, I think one of their intentional red herrings is the PQ3 hints. Call it copium, but I REALLY think they’re trying to build up to us as the audience trusting Vanessa, only for her to turn Vanny on us. That seemed to be a plan in the original Security Breach considering the deleted lines, and if Vanny was supposed to be our guide in HW2 before leaving us to die, that might have been a plan for that as well.
A lot of stuff points to PQ3 being canon, but like… if they were so set on making it obviously canon (headless Freddy, crushed machine) then why blur out Gregory’s friend’s pronouns? If they were trying to make it obvious, why not just let him say “her”? I don’t think his friend is Vanessa. I think they want us to think it is so that we can get a plot twist in an upcoming game, and thus be able to utilize Vanny more than they had in SB.

I now realised something. Mimic 1 was always in the VANNI mask, while Glitchtrap was in the VR world. When Gregory played PQ 3, he freed Vanessa from the Glitchtrap, but not the Mimic. They merged together because of that mask. And when Gregory played PQ 3, that part of Glitchtrap that was connected to the Mimic was gone, and so, like from Vanny's cut dialogue, only a small bit of His code was left.
And so to completely defeat Glitchtrap, they used the same mask that has Mimic 1 program to kill Glitchtrap completely. Which means that GLITCHTRAP WAS WILLIAM AFTON ALL ALONG AND MIMIC KILLED HIM. THIS IS FAZBEAR FRIGHTS EPILOGUES ALL OVER AGAIN.
And i guess that the reason Gregory and Vanessa returned to the Pizzaplex is because of her connection to Mimic1 program. That's why the security nodes in Ruin are rabbits. I guess same could apply to MXES.

Things I think.
1. I personally don’t think glitchtrap is fully dead, I’m more under the belief that perhaps most of his code was destroyed and it’s caused him to be severely weakened to the point where he won’t be able to take on as much of a active role, but we’ll most likely get Vanny/VANNI to take on the role of the next main antagonist in the game she appears in now in Cassie’s mind.
2. I think chica may be rescued by a child of her own like how Freddy has Gregory and Roxanne had Cassie, perhaps, maybe Amelia from the tales story ggy.
3. If glitchtrap is dead perhaps the next villain will be another variant of the mimic, perhaps even Tiger-Rock from the books.
4. If the tales books are canon to the games we may have to explore other pizzaplex’s.
5. If Vanny/VANNI really was able to be separated from Vanessa I think the same will happen to Cassie, but instead of trying to find a new host body she’s gonna build herself a animatronic body.
6. I’m under the belief that Cassie’s dad is gonna return from being put inside the mask-bot, perhaps he’ll find a way to travel through the pizzaplex network and transfer his mind into a new body or get his own body back.
I've been pretty big on the Chica idea since the first Ruin poster. I mixed up Amelia's named thinking someone said Abigail, which led me down a big spiral of comparing Chicas and Babys. Of the Ruin we got, one sort of thing I wanna change would be if you didn't shatter Monty or Chica in base, they'd have a different model in the DLC, or potentially act differently if Gregory didn't hurt them.
So the whole antagonist is just a bunch of robot copycats? lame

I have been saying this ever since HW2 came out. Cassie's dad, Gregory and Vanessa have to be working togather during HW2. The Vanny ending is probably just a metaphor of what happened, not how it happened. Cassie's dad sacrifices his body for Glitchtrap to take it over completely (After all he is the perfect vessel as a fan of Bonnie, being a dad and being a fazbear technician) Cassie's dad is left behind in the system of the Pizzaplex with Glitchtrap completly gone from it now. (Ending 1) Vannessa who pretends to be Vanny kills Glitchtrap in Cassie's dad's body, probably with the help of Gregory, after Cassie's dad makes the ultimate sacrifice. (Ending 2)
This makes both endings work, while killing Glitchtrap and making the new Helpi mimic, the driving force inside of the Pizzaplex system.
Sorry, Toast, but you got the ending of B-7 2 wrong. Billy’s grandmother assimilates B-7 into her body, announces that she’s been terminally sick for a while, then dies and somehow that kills B-7. There’s nothing about falling down stairs.

Thing is, I feel like both endings in HW2 are canon. I mean, why bother mentioning that Glitchtrap is dead? Like you said, no matter what Cassie will retrieve the mask. No matter what, Cassie's dad dooms his daughter. Besides, when we put on the AR mask in Ruin, we see a human brain and veins in mask bot, meaning that yes, Cassie's dad was torn apart and literally stuffed into mask bot. I think that the arcade machine ending is also symbolically showing that Cassie's dad is trapped. He can't do anything. He's forced to helplessly watch as his daughter gets corrupted by the same thing he was slowly manipulated by.
And about your "Vanny is still alive despite being separate from Vanessa" thing, I feel like I've got more evidence to back that up. Thing is in Ruin, when we get the Brazil ending, we see Vanessa and Gregory. But not with Freddy, with Helpi. That means it's most likely that Vanessa and Gregory also had chips in their brains, and even if they were freed, some of their data was still left behind when they were controlled. That's why we see Vanny.
While Vanessa might have killed Glitchtrap and freed herself, Vanny is still very much alive. I also think that this ending should symbolize Vanessa's freedom. I mean, after Glitchtrap gets crushed, Vanny disappears into the void. She's not a threat, for now.
It's possible that either the Mimic will control Cassie, Vanny will control Cassie, or whatever it is that controls Cassie will make her and whatever is controlling her our new antagonists. And it might be carnival-themed like you said in a previous theory.

It could be that both endings for HP 2 are the “real” endings. With the mask bot ending be where Casey’s dad’s soul ends up and the Vanny ending is where his consciousness is trapped; in the same vain of Afton in UCN with his soul trapped in the suit and his consciousness in UCN.
The MXES thing had me wondering so hard on what they’re trying to say… Like what does that mean? There’s no way he could have been created in the 80s, they were just starting out.. MXES is such a mysterious character. I have ideas on who I think he is but oh boy that side of thr fandom would get very mad at me lol
FNAF has always given the Fazbear company technology that's way too advanced for the time period. A good example is Fetch from the Fazbear Frights books, which came out years and years ago. This is just a plot point of the franchise and has been for a long time.
The MXES machine has to just be an old super computer used for development of the mimic program and other stuff, and the hardware has just been repurposed to run the security system for the pizzaplex because otherwise it quite literally makes zero sense why presumably William or Henry would make it. I personally just think the timeline is a lost cause at this point, nothing seems to matter, and you can toss in anything anywhere because this franchise follows as much logic as installing a screen door on a submarine.

Something that interests me is how much Glitchtrap's death mirrors how tape-girl said to kill him in Help Wanted.
What she tells us is that Glitchtrap wants to escape through someone plugged in the game via a VR headset, and that only when he does that can he be destroyed.
The only way to connect to Princess Quest 4 is while wearing the Vanny mask, at which point the player finds themselves in the game world, a virtual reality rather than the augmented reality of the game's main hub. And while exploring that game world, we find ourselves in a claw machine, where we give the Glitchtrap plushie to Moon, who drops it in the chute so Vanny can pull Glitchtrap out of the machine. While it's not as literal as escaping through our body, our being plugged into the game allows Glitchtrap to escape, only for Vanny- the person who heard tape-girl's instructions- to crush him.

There's an issue in my mind where the age of the Bonnie Bully comes up.
Let's say that you're right; they are one and the same. Let's also say he was around 10-15 yrs old when the Bite of '83 happened. If we accept the information that SB occurs in 2035, at youngest he'd be near 62. At oldest, he'd be pushing 70. That's retirement age or reasonably close to it. A bit old either way to be raising a child.
I think it's more likely that Cassie is a grandchild rather than daughter. We've already seen some loose evidence that the game series is generationally impacting. This wouldn't be that much of a stretch.
I’m not sure about though, we have people in real life that are around 60-70 years old and still have children. I mean heck Scott himself is still having children and he’s around his 60's or 70's.

My interpretation is that Glitchtrap (the digital entity) is gone but Vanny (Glitchtrap fused into a woman's mind) stlll exists. And Cassie's mind,as Glitchtrap seems to be talking to her before she gets the Vanny mask ("Monty is dangerous, stay away from him","I'm lonely","Happy birthday,Cassie","warmer","boiling"). Of course,this is built on Vanny and Vanessa being different people because they physically can't be the same person,how did she get in the Vanny costume that fast?
I mentioned it during the livestream, but I think Security Breach's hints that both PQ and Burntrap endings are canon mean they both happened in some way and, similarly, I think both endings of HW2 happened, just with a time gap in between. I think the HW2 ending where you listen to Helpi, collect the transformers, Cassie's dad is killed and uploaded into Maskbot, and we see Burntrap's pod open happened before Security Breach took place. That was Glitchtrap's big attempt to escape by downloading himself into Burntrap but Gregory and the Tangle foiled him. Because a bit of him was still attached to Cassie's dad he wasn't fully destroyed and he was stuck as Helpi in the Pizzaplex's systems again. It makes sense then why we see the Pizzaplex first in pristine condition and then later in ruins.
Cue Ruin and the digital version of Cassie's dad we saw in Maskbot is under Helpi's control but as Helpi turns its attention to Cassie it gives her dad room to download himself into PQ4 to try and sever Helpi's (Glitchtrap's last remaining piece still alive) hold on him. So the Helpi that manipulated Cassie WAS still Glitchtrap but at some point after Cassie is betrayed and stranded in the basement Vanny finds that digital version of Cassie's dad still in the system, destroys that last piece of Glitchtrap, and leaves the digital Cassie's dad behind in the Pizzaplex's computer system.

4:40 this has really made me feel stronger about the graves in hw2 being death order. Obviously gravestones are closely associated with death, plus with the death order being something that is often in the forefront of discussion in the fanbase, I think it's likely they would have deemed it misleading if it was not meant to represent that. I know a lot of people think it is the order of spirits resting, but with previously using the unlit animatronic heads to show the absence of spirits, I find it very unlikely they would swap to using lit torches to represent spirits leaving. It just unnecessarily further complicates the symbolism.

What if the prototype stamp on freddy's foot is implying that all the ending could be canon. Think about it. if Freddy's is manned almost entirely with Staffbots From Construction Workers, to Security Guards. Is it possible that All the endings couldve happened and that the staffbots simply reset everything each time? as long as theres nothing actively conflicting here is it not possible to combine all endings into a cohesive timeline assuming gaps where memories get reset/things get rebuilt?
In the books theres a system in the pizzaplex called the storyteller which is an ai writing a story for the animatronics to follow. could it be that theres actually a system thats managing and creating each of the endings for security breach by adjusting memories and managing staffbots to reconstruct.
I just realized something… Scott cawthon made his lore similar to the Bible.
We have the first run, the books, the movies, the subsequent run that discredit the first run.
Just like how we have the Bible, Old Testament, New Testament, and the apocrypha that people discarded.

Some of my best friends. 2 years later one of them ended themselves because they wanted to de-transition and was called transphobic for it by other members of pride. I tried to look at if the MXES machine being from the 60s-70s tells us anything about what it stands for, and noticed that the term 'Xerox' meaning 'photocopy' started around 1963-1965. If your idea that it was just to create the Mimic01 program, then it could be like 'Mental Xerox E_______ System'. Either way, it does feel like it initially created the mimic program which is why/how it is then modified to contain the mimic.

I have a theory of my own while watching this. In night four of sister location we have the spring lock suit thing but I think something people overlooked was the minirainas climbing into the suit so what if the minirinas are in half control of michal until the fire of fnaf six

The second ending of help wanted 2 still doesn’t make sense. If that ending did lead to Glitchtrap being “Killed” then why would it be Glitchtrap giving us the dolls that leads to that ending. Also The Entity I still think it is Glitchtrap. There are many reasons why but the one I want to point out is that when players saw that The Entity came from the M.X.E.S box and people immediately thought it was a program but people didn’t think that it could also be a virus that is in the M.X.E.S. Also sure The Entity has been called M.X.E.S but could it not just be the name of Glitchtrap’s new form.
Know what else is a fun takeaway? There are no retcons... just added context.

Question on Cassie’s dad being Jeremy Fitzgerald: …didn’t Jeremy get his frontal lobe bitten off..? That makes it pretty hard to believe we’re playing through Help Wanted 2 without a frontal lobe. Otherwise, great video and happy pride!
I could be wrong but I don't think Cassie's dad wears the same Vanny mask. It is entirely plausible that some stranger picked the mask (considering she left it there at the pizza plex in her ending) but it is also established that employees had masks with the rabbit face. Vanessa was an employee too. It's entirely possible she had her own mask that she sewed (?) onto the Vanny suit* that is very clearly hand made.
That being said I think these masks are a problem now just in general.
Worth mentioning that the Vanny ending in Help Wanted does not look like Vanessa helping Glitchtrap. She very evidently is waved at by him and before she closes her hands you can see BOTH of his hands up almost afraid as she clearly CRUSHES him. If it _is_ Vanessa then it's entirely possible this is just her digital persona or whatever part of her left within the digital world freed from him. MXES is (alongside Bonnie I suppose) another confirmed "good rabbit". I feel we're getting to see more and more "good rabbits" to contrast all these "bad rabbit" ones.

70? Not sure where you get that. If he was in his 70s in security breach, he would have been like 25 when the crying child died, which seems a little old to be wearing a mask and bullying a child. If Michael Afton and Bonnie bro were closer to 15, he'd be in his '60s, which would mean he had a kid around 50. Still weird, but not impossible

It’s hard to describe, but you’ll know the feelings when you feel them, if you ever do. Of what feels masculine or feminine, or neither, to you. Some feel their gender matches of the sex they were assigned at birth, some feel the opposite, some feel both or somewhere in between, and some feel completely separated from the idea or gender and don’t let it define them

I don’t think Jeremy is trapped in that claw machine. I think his journey continues in another game, and we just cut at that point because that’s where the story of Help Wanted 2 ends.
Before we enter the claw machine, we go down an intact model of the sister location elevator. It just so happens that Sister Location is believed to be directly under the ruined FNAF 6 location, our hub area for Help Wanted 2. I’d like to believe that Jeremy is down in the sister location bunker at the end of Help Wanted 2 around the same time that Cassidy winds up there at the end of RUIN. They’d be in the same place at the same time, reunited to finish off all the AI nonsense at its source.
Are there two different endings? In one ending, our consciousness is trapped in a digital environment that appears to be a claw game. In the other ending, we perceive the real world through the eyes of the map bot that gives Cassie the V.A.N.N.I. mask. What if that wasn't Glitchtrap exiting the machine, what if that was Vanny? In the virtual world, Jeremy is trapped by Vanny. In the "real" virtual world, Vanny exits the machine, plops his consciousness, now under her control, into a map bot, and has him give Cassie the Vanny mask. Thus tying into your theory.

i feel like the vanny we see at hw2 is just vanessa tricking glitch trap to kill him. I dont think she left the player to rot in thr vr world but i think its step one to free him from it. The M.X.E.S machine could have been used to keep like animatronic data and stuff like that in and then modded to have the new system in it
