The monster analogy works in SO many ways, especially with fear or anxiety. Feeding it with negativity is like a snowball effect that can quickly get out of control. Ajahn Brahm has helped me and my psyche in countless ways! Sadhu Sadhu Sadhu 🙏🙏🙏
