If I recall, according to the lore, Joshua is a founding member of the Legion and was a translator working alongside Caesar in the Followers of the Apocalypse, back when he was still Edward... so, I'm pretty sure Joshua has always been that eloquent.

Correct, he lost the 1st Battle of Hoover Dam to the NCR's Chief Hanlon. Despite him being Caesar's only friend and a founding member of the Legion, he was covered in pitch, lit on fire and chucked into the Grand Canyon. Crazy bastard managed to survive and escape to Zion.
Wish there was an option to have Joshua join you either as a companion outside Honest Hearts or at least some way to get word to him before the 2nd Battle for the Dam and have him meet up with you to take on his replacement

Everytime that scene with the power armor sleeping in the bed comes on, I get a mini panic attack because its so loud my brain thinks something big fell next to me and someone in my family is hurt

Yeap Badger completed basic Marine training, but dropped out on the day of his Boot Camp graduation to pursue a business degree.
Technically House already does, RaveSpecter. Remember Jane and Marilyn? They're his two robot sex slaves based off of Jane Russell and Marilyn Monroe respectively. Veronica even comments on them after you talk to House if you have her as a companion.

I strongly recommend Badger's video on FarCry 5. As a brit turned redneck by that video it is truly life changing.

The second is Liam o Brian, another great voice actor who worked with Yuri lowenthal a lot, he's most notable as Gaara from Naruto.
You should try fighting Lanius sometime. You'd be surprised how creative some people are with killing him. For instance, you can run a shotgun character and take the "Shotgun Surgeon" and the "And Stay Back!" perks which can make the fight stupid easy by constantly knocking him arse over teakettle.
Or even drop a ton of mines on the ground before you engage his dialogue, talk him into a 1v1 (typically he summons reinforcements when he gets to half hp), and lead him into the mine pile and watch the fireworks.
There's a challenge runner called Nerbit who does a lot of Fallout runs, you should definitely watch through his New Vegas vids and see all the ways he's killed Lanius

The first argument I ever saw which shows the NCR in a good light was that anyone can kill a slaver, but taxing & regulating them into bankruptcy is an abstract form of torture. It's a more elaborate form of persecution.
I'm pretty sure the music at the start may be copyrighted, as other reactions often have the music removed

Elite Riot Gear is better and will usually not get you shot at by some of the factions unless they hate you in particular.

On the subject of the Khans, there is actually a way in the vanilla game you can actually end up taking over from Papa Khan. I did that once when I was doing a raider build.

I recognized the voices actors in this game, the lottery guy was played by Yuri lorenthal very good voice actor who voiced a lit of anime, games, and us cartoons, Yuri is most notable as Sasuke uchiha from naruto, and teenage Ben in Ben10 alien force.
They got Sasuke and Ben 10 omg
Funnily enough-you can make the Mojave experience a nuclear winter (twice even!) in the Lonesone Road DLC.
Also gives you good loot if you do it.
Including, arguably, the flat-out best armor in the Scorched Sierra.
I don’t take bloody mess because it can make looting afterwards tricky if there are more than 3 enemies.

I just got New Vegas and I’m playing as a silver-tongued devil with cracked Charisma and Speech/Barter above 50.
Also Strength 7, because I want to beat Lanius to death with a shovel.

The God Stat in this game is Endurance, because it allows you to get more implants…which can also improve your SPECIAL stats depending on how you do it.
Philippe's galaxy sized ego is only dwarfed by Takahata's ego.
Putting the White Glove society in an infinite death loop would be too kind.
I prefer the New Deathclaw Design since it's still scary, looks bigger than the old one, and feels like a real menace. I just wish the Deathclaws had more health and did more damage, kinda lame when DLC enemies do more damage and seem more dangerous then them, even though Deathclaws are considered the most dangerous creatures in the Fallout Universe.
P.s. Any Faction that makes me pay taxes, is a bad faction......F*** the NCR!
Yeah the base Deathclaw could use a buff in Fallout 4, and yeah FUCK TAXES! hehe

Nah, you gotta balance both intelligence and charisma at 8, then luck at 9, strength at 7 agility at 7. Endurance can stay the same, then perception at 7.

5:38 Well, each SPECIAL stat comes with an extra stat that you usually cannot raise, along with points in certain skills
For example, each point of Strength lets you carry an extra 10 weight of stuff
Endurance lets you get more implants and live longer underwater
Even higher Charisma makes your companions stronger
You know how you disregarded Intellegence earlier in the video? The higher it is, the more skill points you get on level up, so having like 9/10 INT gives you like 15 skill points per level, making it so you can max out certain skills Much faster, it's insane. Then there's a level 4 perk you can get which gives +2 skill points on level up so it becomes 17 per level, I get so much out of it
Indeed. In my playthrough, I had maxed out Intelligence and that Perk, and I ended up maxing out every skill with about four level ups left.

You can get all stats maxed out to 100 but you will need at least 6 intelligence and at least 8 luck.
You can get all but 2 stats to max with a 1 intelligence.
Without glitches or console commands you can actually get everything to max 100 before level 45.
This build is just the most accurate curior. You'd be a but dumber too if you took a 9mm to the head and survived
Sometimes you need a minimum in one of the SPECIAL stats to do something like convince someone or do something on a pc, unlike in fallout 4

I hate to tell you... but Cesar IS pronounced Ky-Zer. It's where the Germanic peoples adopted the title Kaiser. They spelled it phonetically. I know it sounds weird because of how common it is in English-speaking countries to say it 'See-Zer.'
There are a few things from history that is done to. Such as Alexander the Great being from Mycenae (Said My-Ken-Ay... English-speaking nations usually pronounce it My-Sin-Ay)

I disagree with your assessment of the Legion. Yes they are ruling through fear at this point, however the seeds for their next step have been planted. Based on Jeanie May’s paperwork there are administrative offices being established in the Legion, based on Lanius’s dialogue there is also a religious cult established, and the Legion is wisely using precious metal based currency marked with Caesar’s face which is historically very stable. Cass said that any Caravan marked by the Legion is also safe, and Raul notes that Legion territory is free from raiders.
Caesar won’t have to rule with fear for very long at the rate he is going currently. Ruling through administration, religious belief (aka Divine Right), and safe/secure/stable trade and territory after years of chaos will give him significant popular support. I think if history has taught us anything it’s that the average person will give up freedom for security during uncertain times. He has all the seeds necessary to create a long term stable nation.

26:02 Classical Latin pronounces quite a few "C" words with a "Kh". An example would be "Celt" which was pronounced "Khelt" (sometimes "Keltoi" depending on region of the Roman empire). It was the conquering of the Gauls (French) which brought in the softer "C" sound. This then got exported when the Romans conquered England and from England to the rest of the world with the British Empire.

wait, isn't celt normally pronounced with the harder c sound in english? like i know in some languages like portuguese it has the softer one but i swear in english it's still a hard sound.
