I’m reusing my Rainbird sensor, not sure if it works or not yet. For the past year, I’ve been on the free water plan with Wyze that automatically adjusted my schedule for rain in my location. I canceled on renewal since it’s $10/yr.
How does the scheduling work with the Wyze app? Do you set each zone individually to go off on specific days/times, or do you set days and times and then assign zones to them? I am thinking about getting the wyze controller, but i want to make sure I have the Customization I want. I want to run stations 1 and 2 alternating in 10 min intervals for a total of 20 mins each. And i want to do that 3 days a week. I also want to run stations 3 and 4 for 2 hrs each two days a week. Is this possible with the controller and app?
@Binh-Tuner with Kids thank you. Also is there any way hard wire the power wires into the device like with old controllers or do you have to use the outlet plug?
You can cut, solder and rig the barrel connector to take a traditional 24VAC from old transformer. I thought about it but was too much trouble. Easier to plug it in using the wall wart transformer.
Very good presentation. Easy to understand.
Glade I found someone with useful information.
I hope you talked about the wiring more particularly with the rain sensor which I am stuck with. Great video though, very detailed. Thanks for sharing

Wyze sprinkler doesn’t let you set a rain delay or skip a scheduled run unless you pay for a subscription.
Nope that’s the “smart” features. Else you have to depend on the rain sensor to disable the schedule.
Seems I'll get my IS300 manual swap done before You. Stop watching grass grow and get to it!🤣
Been busy with life. Cars been on the lift for 2 months untouched.

Yes it possible, there’s a schedule setting for run days and time. I have water restrictions so mine is set for days I can water.

Okay thank you. I appreciate it
Hi, are you interested in business cooperation? About testing our smart irrigation controller and making a video.
You don't, wyze sucks, much worse than your hunter, I have an ImoLaza though.
