The government should be considerate to the people of ladakh or Arunachal or sikkim or other north east states. Ladakh is home to the BACTRIAN CAMEL also known as the Mongolian camel. Unlike the more common Dromedary camel with one hump, the Bactrian camel has two humps. It is well-adapted to the cold, high-altitude environment of Ladakh.

21000cr budget is the need of the hour for national security along LAC for infrastructure development because on the other side its way more than that.
In real terms if Govt wish to favour the Indigenous people and fragile ecosystem of ladakh then it would be to include ladakh under The 6th schedule of the Indian constitution.....then that will be in real sense govt think good about ladakh.

Without legislature there's no way someone can create district in union territory. Constitution Doesn't allow this . Even union territory is also an experimented thing there was no provision for Union territory in original constitution. It added later for dictatorship
