Log crossing on the Etowah River

My buddy Hop and I came across a log blocking the Etowah River. He went first and did a log walk to get his kayak over the log. I don't have the same balance. I paddled hard to get half way over then moved to the forward half of the kayak and did the old dog butt scoot.
