This guy is a genius on the B3. Nice man too and his 8 year old son is a great up and coming drummer.

I was kinda late turning to jazz. Tony made me do it when I was in my late fourties.

Be proud of your taste in art. You don't need eleven million people to back you up in your opinion.
That's what art/music is all about. It's GOOD that most people don't like what I/You like.

If this band were characters in a film, the 'swing' on the drums from 'midnight special' is a character all its own!

This is brilliant playing ... I love it! It's mind boggling how you get outside and make it sound so right!

    • @FrankHeuvelman

Well James, looking at Tony while playing makes me think that it's more a matter of getting inside of things rather than getting outside. (Going outside while playing the organ is also not the easiest trick to perform as you probably can imagine.)
But you're right about Tony being a brilliant B3 director, of course.

I just bought an E262 and 145 Leslie. I watched your drawbar video before this. Do you transport that big ol' thing to gigs? It would impress people to see and hear the real thing I think. E262 is 410lbs. Hmmm, 186Kgs. Maybe some intelligent method with wheels, pulleys and levers lol. Thanks for the lessons man.

      I've got an *Electro 5D.*
I can put it into my *NORD* backpack, step on my bicycle and ride to where ever I need to be within in my city in less than twenty minutes.
      Try that with a B3.
