This is such a big coincidence!! The last day of 2019 I had Apsara Guava Icecream! The first day of 2020 I have the recipe by a perfect Chef I have seen!!!
I tried it too and it turned out to be yummy...infact took quite a while to freeze it then I reduced the temperature it froze but became hard so further increased and it turned out to be perfect then.
