"I've lost track of what day it is" - I'm right there with you. The training program I'm in has swallowed my life whole. Currently taking a break from writing an SQL Script to watch your video. I 100% support doing whatever you need to do - skip a day, chatty video, non-chatty video - whatever. Mostly I want you to enjoy your holiday season too, and not jump from stressor to stressor. I graduate from this training program at the end of the week and I have two weeks off! I'm going to knit ALL THE THINGS! And play a bit of Coral Island. And nap.

We also have had a lot of dark grey days lately! They can be quite cosy, snuggling up in the couch with my knitting! Forcast for tomorrow is dry and a bit sunny though, so that will however be lovely too! I rearranged my knitting sofa to the window so I have daylight and morning sun on my knitting spot, which feels amazing! Love your vlog and well done with your collection!
Daily check in: opened advent and had a nice surprise of a miso hair!🥰 love it! Went to the doctor and have asthmatic bronchitis and possible pneumonia….oh goodie…🙄 I am loving the weekly advent as well as the daily advent!💕
Seattle has been having similar weather as you. One day I thought it was getting close to evening time because of how dark it was, but when I i looked it was only noon! 🙄
Daily check-in: I still have five Christmas knits to finish so I still haven't started my Advent project. I think I'm going to do the Cozy wrap by nadiratani. I'm on my way to North Dakota for a ninja competition for my nephew. Fun little four hour drive.
Daily check-in: I'm actually not doing any Christmas knitting because my shopping is pretty much done. (My parents picked up gifts for me to give my niece and my sister and her husband, and my mom ordered something for me to give to my dad. I feel so guilty! But I did brave the mall a week or so ago to buy my mom a gift.) So I'm just knitting on a short-sleeved cardigan and crocheting an oddball shawl that's close to completion. I had grand plans to knit ornaments, but when I tried to knit a Bluebird of Happiness I just kept screwing up the increases. But it's fine; I can just knit mini socks 😄I still have to go shopping with my mom to buy stocking stuffers for my dad, though, and hopefully I can find ribbon to make loops for the crocheted stars I'd made last year.
Daily check in: Still recovering from tonsils coming out but I'm coming off the heavier meds so I'm actually able to follow along better! 😅 I might even be able to knit again instead of just hopefully toting my project from room to room. Would it help you catch up to have a less vloggy episode? Like showing your past knits for Mario or a tour of your tea collection or something... Maybe that would end up being more work though...Just thought something with less b-roll might save you editing time? I’m based on the Cheshire/Lancashire border in the north west, and it has been super dark all week due to the rain. Not ideal light for knitting advent projects.
My Christmas knitting is mostly selfish. I'm trying my first intarsia attempt, so of course, it's self drafted and involves 8-16 balls of yarn. Was this a bad decision? Not yet!

I keep putting off blocking my knitted Christmas presents 🙈 but I started my 3rd colour into a rainbow lap blanket yay!
You could offer more advents and offer a monthly or quarterly send out.
