It seems to be a bug with Nymph skill 2 where you activate her skill and retreat her while the projectile is out but before it hits the enemy. My theory is that it has something to do with the fear effect making the enemy try to run away from Nymph's position, but since Nymph doesn't have a position anymore, the function errors out and skips gameplay processing, or something like that.
