Unironically, there are so many decks that can turn out to be super funny when you push a little bit and tryout the fun things it's no wonder you find "secret" fun and strong decks like this. They are just not represented enough in facts, but Alden is a consistant 5 attacks deck that doesn't check opponent's grade while doing it's plays and can do just fine with 1 CB for Sureas and 1 SB for Alden. Very glad to see more people trying it :)
I love alden and just recently got top 10 with this deck at locals. With the new grade 1 in DZ-BT 01, the consistent five attacks just make it much more dangerous. The only thing the deck needs right now is a finisher and this deck will be god tier.
Found this video at the perfect time. After seeing a lot of keter lists incorporating Teithfallt and an order engine, I felt inspired to tinker with Alden a couple days ago just to see if I could build something interesting around that same concept using some supplemental soul chargers like Liir and Ffpuri, and this is just that concept implemented in a really cool way, good stuff
I have notes on this deck and after looking back at it that's how I was able to come to this after playtesting. Glad this video helped you, I do it for yall
nice profile. you should definitely consider trying out sadie, g2 maple, sajess and forbidoll which i think help the deck a lot. i played alden a lot and was considering playing alden and splashing rezeal in divine so was playing the deck a lot in preparation. i ended up only using 2 sureas because already a lot of g0 so didn't want to skew the grade ratio too much. also sureas was the priority call target off rideline. 4 attacks also felt sufficient with 5 just being extra icing on the cake. i opted for 9 g3 to help improve grade ratios for rideline. naturally there are more g0 because of triggers and g1 because of pg so needed to up the g2 and g3 count. for g 3 lineup i had 3 persona, 3 lightleed, 2 sajess, 1 forbidoll which worked out really well with forbidoll being able to act as additional copy of any g3 since alden can bounce back to hand. the sajess helped with soul and conditional shield while also being g3 so ended up not needing drilling for soul. for g2 i really liked sadie. it helps with both draw power and 5k buff. it can be called off rideline or alden skill to cb and draw. i also liked 1 copy of g2 maple since it can be a good combo piece with lightleeds to soul charge it in and then immediately soulblast it out. once divine comes out i was considering to run some of the g1 restander in place of sureas. additionally was going to change g3 lineup cutting 1 persona and 1 sajess for 2 rezeal just to get the divine skill off on turn 4 or 5. can use forbidoll to dig out rezeal and bounce back to hand. deck will be pretty interesting in divine but def try out the sadie, g2 maple, sajess and forbidoll. i think they help a lot.
How I went about mine was Using Sajess Guy gets power to combat Opponent Defensive triggers, Checks top card for potential Trigger, Safe Soul Charge, OR Call target for Drilling Angel for multiattack option, AND Can even Bypass Opponent checking Defensive OTs. Edit: Also, Blaster Dark Rideline.
@@brandonstrong1624 In theory he can reach that number, but he's not guaranteed to get the power and we NEED POWER. Sajess would be a much better option, but if price becomes an issue then ffpuri would be a great option.
Nice job with the explanation! I decided to build Alden when he came out and found the deck very fun too. Currently, I'm using something else but I'm getting back to this deck when BT14 hits. What do you think Alden's list will look like in that set? Really interested in your view 🙂
@@primevanguard Agree, that G1 + G0 PR allows for 5 atk no matter if you go 1st or 2nd. Very good. I'm thinking fo starting a YT Vanguard channel so I will maybe post my own list after BT14 drops. Looking forward to your future content 🙂
the best type of VG content : non-meta deck and somebody who tryhard them. Do this for Timestamping dragon, curious about how you'll make him better
Thank You!!

EXACTLY !! Sometimes you have to play the cards that don't make sense to see what happens.

Congratulations, I will try the new grade one from DZ-BT01 I hadn't considered her atm

Maple's cool, sadies meh to me, and I would play Forbidoll or the new Regalias piece we just got.

I like Sajess, but don't want to pay the money for it. IMO, I don't like the Blaster Dark Rideline unless I'm playing Frion and Im not at the moment

That's Fair
New alden needs your skills
Pls make a decklist
Nice vid. I still wonder who would win in matchup between Solrairon and Alden 😅
Solrairon has my money
I love the deck I build them with full ffr and fr cards xD
Alden has a grade 3 that when attack soul charge 1 and if you soul charged a trigger it gets +10k
GAAAAARRRRBAAAGE!!
@@primevanguard on persona it’s a 33k alone and if you put lightleads behind it it’s 46. Then goes to soul. So netting 2 soul

Very nice deck list, thanks!

Next thing you know they make an Inlet Pulse G3 archetype
So the drama
I'm missing the Teithfalts, are there any other cards that I can put as of the moment other than Teithfalt?
You can go back to Cairbre, which is way cheaper than her
@@primevanguard what do you say about 2 firon if you can’t get tolpaz?

Alden’s new grade one will be a staple moving forward, and will have to see how that’ll affect the rest of the build

why dont people run the g2 that counter charges if you have 3 fd dmg?
Because that card won’t be active till later in the game, and doesn’t provide main phase soul-charging. Great card, but not for Alden
