    Thank you for this video! My motor had the blue stripes but my parts kit only had a spring without the blue paint. Is this ok for a temporary fix until I can get the right spring?

      We can only recommend using the parts the manufacturer recommends. If you use a different part it could cause damage to the unit.

    How can you tell if the spring is bad if it looks ok?

      You will check the spring visually for damage and see if it's stretched out. If it looks good then the part would not need to be replaced.

    Will white lithium grease work for this?

    shouldnt you have put the grease on the spring b4 installing ?

    Yes that video was correct but you don't have to go through all that tearing machine apart just tip the machine on its side so you can get underneath it replace the spring and that's it
