We really all enjoyed this one last night. Apologies that my laptop died so I wasn't able to stay in the chat, but we watched it all the way through on the TV. Great job you two, and thanks for the spotlight!
Thank you for all your support. It's made such a difference for RWR. And we treasure the friendship we've created. Look forward to meeting up again. Perhaps in the Q.
What a beautiful hike. The dwellings were amazing. Love all the history you gave us. 5 caves and 40 rooms. It's hard to believe they were so large. Looks like a beautiful day weather wise, but man that was quite the hike. The views are awesome. You took that ladder like a pro. What a great campground too. Definitely putting it on the list to check out.
Thanks for checking it out. The hike was just a half mile up, but 6,000 ft & we're used to 1,000. You guys will love it! Let us know if you head there.
Really happy to have found you through Grand Adventures channel. Elaine and I was at the Gila in 2010 but didn’t visit the hot springs or Doc Campbell’s place. Thanks for the tour and history as well as lake Roberts.. If you’re still in the area you may want to take a day drive and picnic up to Emory Pass, lovely drive and views but nobody seems to document it. Safe travels, Ivey & Elaine southeastern Georgia.
Have you been to Mesa Verde National Park? They have a amazing restaurant at the Far view lodge in the park for after al your exploring. Remember your first trip to an area is so you can plan your next trip to that area.😉
That's so true! We spent some time close to Mesa Verde earlier this summer. But didnt make it yet. 30 yrs ago we dined in daylight at 10pm at Zion Lodge. So I know what you mean.
We just happened to run across them on the way back from the Cliff dwellings. They let us check them out for no fee. We definitely want to go back and take some time and relax. Thanks for watching!
@@RoamingWithRosie we have spent a little time in New Mexico just so much to do and see. We were just on the Oregon Coast and wish we had more time there. Hard to fit everything in.

Those hot springs looks so inviting. I'm surprised Guido didn't hop in.

Great video. Such an interesting place. Haven’t been there yet but none day.
We were all just blown away at how amazing New Mexico is. And unlike the farther west, it had clear blue skies every day
