Really speaks volumes given how loved Oasis were that so many are now thinking "you know what, if they never get back together, I'm ok with that". His solo stuff is immense. Plus I love Champagne Supernova sang by Noel. It's a beautifully written song performed incredibly. Also, Lock All the Doors, is a good old rock anthem. He really is doing it all

I think we are seeing history repeat itself... super group (Beatles/Oasis) breaks up due to personality conflicts, followed by one member forming a new band (Wings/NGHFB) and taking the songwriting up to a whole new level. I can hardly wait for the new album.

The problem with Liam is he fucks around too much live although it's true Oasis hit songs may be missed by some who are used to Liam on the recorded versions. Why not enjoy Noel giving it his best which is always at least good if not great. Noel has passed the obnoxious phase and plays good solid music without fucking about.
+anthony valentine maybe in 1997 but nowadays noel's voice on many iconic oasis songs is better than whats left of liams. even if oasis were to reform i think most oasis fans would want a set split right down the middle. let liams do the songs noel can't like live forever supersonic morning glory ect. liam's not great on those either now but the crowd still carry them and he brings energy to them!
