Current Conditions and Proposed LTVA Permit Fee Hike in Quartzsite

It's almost mid September and many folks are on their way or planning to be on their way south to Quartzsite, Arizona for the '24 - '25 winter season. What are the current conditions in the LTVA's and my thoughts on the proposed LTVA Permit Fee rate increase?
