If Effort cant be estimated then neither can reach nor impact or confidence for the RICE framework, the whole framework is depended on assumption discarding one assumption nulls the whole fundamental of the framework, this is such a vague statement not expected from a director of pm
Effort depends majorly on solution that is choosen to solve a perticular problem. While you are just deciding which problems are most important to be solved reach and impact are only important.
Does more no of years in experience required for product management ? I have total of 11 years of experience but 10 years is in as software engineer and technical lead. Now my job role is product manager.
