13 Emergency Vehicles Responding to High Priority Call!

- 10 different Winnipeg, MB emergency vehicles responded to a high priority call in the south end of Winnipeg back in August. 3 of those units responded twice past me. Some were turning at a street near me, and some were continuing south, so I'm not sure exactly what was happening. Possibly a technical rescue type call as there were water rescue units attached to the call.
Units included WFD Safety 5, WFPS District Chief of Paramedic Operations, WPS Unmarked Unit and Unit 211, WFD Engine 4, WPS Unit 216 and Unmarked Unit, WFD Rescue 11, WPS Unmarked Unit, WEMS Medic 12, and an Unmarked WPS Unit, WPS Unit 216 and WFD Rescue 11 responding past me a second time.

Thats the technical rescue teams mascot. Engine, Rescue, and Ladder 11 which makes up the tech team all have one on there front grill. Similarly our main hazmat truck hazmat 9 has the hulk mounted to the front grill as there mascot.

What was that mini-van at the beginning used for?
That is Winnipeg Fire Department Safety 5. It is the Platoon Safety Officer, and that individual responds to all confirmed/major calls in the city as a Safety Officer.

New Police Station on Grant Ave, City combined 2 Districts together the Southwest area's several years back. It's the same where I live in St Vital, new Station on Dugald Rd services the East side of the Red River.

Not sure, I believe it was some sort of technical rescue call. Possibly water related.
