@@jdre1976 Yup, same. Saw them in '93 without a clue who they were. Literally stood there, jaw dropped watching what is still the most energetic live show I've ever seen (out of several hundred). I kept looking at my friend and laughing at how good it was. EC seemed angry as fuck at the world. The crowd knew every word. And the sound. They were using Crate guitar amps lol, but it sounded BIG.
That firestorm has begun. But who'd have thought that climate change would drop the bombs? We did. Our bands did. Our whole fucking scene did. And we told them.
Don't believe in many of EC's causes but love their music the same & they def have educated me on a few topics. Having so much fun on stage, you can feel it.
what causes exactly? not trying to diss im just curious cause ive been listening to ec for a few months now and just recently i saw lots of people commenting on the lyrics and that stuff and id like to know different opinions

@@fogpumasthis is what is missing from hxc these days I’m saying this as someone that plays in a hc band. It’s fun, but it’s not spiritually inspiring. There are a few bands going in rn tho they carry the torch of real life, broken vow is my favorite

Why are they vegans when other animals eat animals as well? If its about the treatment of livestock they can just go hunt on the weekends and put the food in the freezer.
