@@Frugalityislife Hi Fiona, thanks for your support and positive feedback 🥰 I haven’t been able to find a bank in Canada that offers buckets within an account but there are a few credit unions that allow for an unlimited amount of free chequing and savings accounts. depending on where you’re located, there is island savings on Vancouver Island, in BC and Coast Capital Savings, which I believe is across Canada now. We are with a credit union so I opened an account for each of our sinking funds and I just renamed them as the category. This works for my husband who likes an at a glance breakdown. Eventually that will need to change as more of our cash envelopes reach the point of having placeholders, I don’t want to have an additional 26 accounts! When that time comes I’ll either reduce down to two or three joint accounts and either keep track of totals on paper or on a Google sheet.

I’ve been thinking to create a google sheet and track everything or purchase a template off Etsy because I think they are priced reasonably so will save me some time.
