Finally something Vigilante related in GTA Online. I wanted this for so long but I’m not gonna get too hyped because the mercenaries update seemed cool but sucked last year, So I’m gonna take this with a grain of salt and see how it plays out till I get super excited.
Vigilante, fireman and cabbie should've been in the game from day 1.
It being missed from the game did not stop GTA being popular for over 10 years.

9:16 yea, I 100% agree. The least they can do is if they don’t want to remove missions is make it so that if you’re solo, you only get one vehicle no matter what. Scale the vehicles to depend on how many are in your squad.
1 player = 1 vehicle
2 players = 2 vehicles
3 players = 3 vehicles
4 players = 4 vehicles

Totally agree I never touch any mc business because that reason I only have the businesses for the night club, if they made it solo friendly I would do them constantly with every other business
Rockstar needs to do like they did the nightclub sell missions. Just have one sell vehicle no matter how much stock you have. That will help out solo players the most with all the businesses just having one sell vehicle

Fun Fact: Vice City calls Vigilante "Brown Thunder" if you launch Vigilante in a Hunter.

yes I do agree with you that they should take that mission off where you get three vehicles to be delivered in five different locations it's impossible for single player like me just yesterday I attempted this and I couldn't do it at all and someone said they would help me but at the end they left so yes 100% I agree this should never be in the game in the first place

I understand your concern, but I think we should consider the bigger picture. GTA often involves elements that might not make perfect sense in real life. For instance, does it make sense for a criminal to play as a paramedic or a firefighter? Or to run illegal businesses while operating a garage or car showroom without a license in GTA San Andreas?
Sometimes, it's worth suspending disbelief for a moment. The Bail Enforcement and Bounty Hunter DLC is quite exciting because it allows us to roleplay as bounty hunters, similar to Dog the Bounty Hunter, and possibly brings back vigilante missions. It seems more engaging than a simple Cops and Crooks Adversary mode, which might lack a compelling story.
Just a thought to consider!

Everyone has forgotten Mod give you bounty hunting missions in GTA online as a one off. Guess they're bringing her back for reoccurring jobs maybe like contact missions
Increasing the timer on these cell missions is nice, but if they could make it how the acid lab currently works, so let’s say this for example, if we sell stock from our bunker, no matter how much we sell we will only get one delivery vehicle and the same thing could apply to the businessesso that way the stupid post office mission won’t be a problem instead of driving for vans. We would only get one van and that would be so much better with the increased time as well.
For the last update it should be a heist, a big heist, a heist that can only be played when you have done every other heist once on hard mode, and the heist payout would be about 10 mil for 2 players and 20 mil for 4 players, and the cooldown on the heist should be a long time, like a week or more, and you could meet up with somebody (Lester, pavel etc,) and for the place the heist could be somewhere like the north Yankton bank (upgraded) or a hideout in north yankton

If anything they should increase how many players can be in the heist.

Very curious to see how this works. I don't see Rockstar putting in a lasso for GTA VI, but I'm hoping there'll be some way to bring somebody in alive.
Since we know there will be options when you aim at a person, I think we should be able to tell whoever we're aiming at to "Get in the car." Would be really cool
Yea totally agree bout 3 insurgents with 15 drops and post op they are impossible as a solo player n 30 minutes is enough for sale missions just not for post op u barely have enough time to do 2 im a solo player and i always find new session if i get post op

5:53 it did appear in GTA IV you could repeat them even if you did all mostwanted, however it does not have per lvl machanic where your reward can scale per lvls done like the other GTA's except in VCS and LCS i think, you only get rewarded per kill if i remeber right, in GTA IV is realy only for an achivement.

definitely true that deleting the post op mission would be enjoyable, or for the developers sake have the number of mc club/ceo members decide what vehicle is used, so if you have three people it could still be post op, but you can actually manage it
In a state of Wisconsin bounty hunting / bail enforcement has been outlawed. Some other states followed suit because they don't have to abide by certain rules depending how the contract was made between the defendant and the bonds agency. This in some cases can cause civil rights problems

hope this new business lets us finally put much higher payout on bounties on other players 300- 500.000 would be great. thats why i rarely goes after ppl with bounties on their head, its just terrible pay like associate payout. 10k is pathetic

10:07 Actually for this kind of mission the trick is to only sell enough supplies ($175,000) to have only one vehicle to accomplish the sale.
This DLC seems to be alright. I'll definitely be checking it out when it releases
Depending on how popular this DLC will be, maybe R* could do an adversary mode where it could be team vigilant vs team crooks, which would be the closest to cops and crooks we would get. Also I wonder if it will either be Vincent or Maude will be the contact 🤔 In my honest opinion The Contract was the last biggest DLC they put out since we got The Agency business and Dr. Dre story mission; it was also the most advertising R* did for a DLC having ads in Time Square.
If I wanted to do bounties or shit like that, I'd play Red Dead Redemption 🤦♂️
I call BS on this being a small DLC, for the primary reason that this update is linked not only to the Cluckin bell raid but also to the salvage yard business. So technically all three puzzle pieces will be linked together, so not small but 3 separate updates all linked together becoming 1 DLC. It’s called Drip feed

After 10 years you'll think most players will have a ton of money in their Maze accounts, why is there even the need to mess around with the pay outs. I didn't even play GTA for 10 years and still ended up with more money than I can spend. I even wiped my character to start all over and still ended up with a ton of money. All I play the missions for is fun, the pay out don't matter to me.
I am really starting to think that rockstar is willing and aiming on becoming the next ea sports. They take stuff from older gta titles then slap it in online and call it new. On top of that the more people that support this online mode the more greedy rockstar will become. Only reason this game is relevant after 10 years is because of peoples support, and shark cards.
If i would get money for everytime i hear this i could easily buy the collector's edition of GTA VI
It's more of am insurance policy. The person paying bond usually puts up about 10%. The Bondsman takes out an insurance policy. If the person shows up, the bondsman is off the hook and they keep the 10% as a fee. If the person does not show up, the Bondsman is then responsible for the entire bail amount. That's why they often ask for titles as collateral.
Pro tip: When selling full bunker stock or full MC stock ALWAYS USE OPPRESSOR MK1 TO TRAVEL BACK AND FORTH BETWEEN SELL VEHICLES. The new update contains the sell mission timers increased for MC business sell missions and bunker sell missions will efficiently allow you to complete it using only the oppressor mk1 to travel back and forth between sell vehicles for both bunker and MC sell missions. By the way, the oppressor mk1 only costs 2.75 million since last April 2023, so just get it if you love grinding either your bunker or MC businesses. Recommended MC businesses to grind is only the first 3 which is Coke Lab, Meth Lab and Counterfeit Cash

I play solo missions post-op all the time I wish that we had more time or a faster vehicle with better pick up then a Delivery vehicle UPS want to be van.
When I do one of theses missions I always have lil more then half product when time runs out for three vans.
at 10:00, where you describe how the Merryweather insurgent mission, it's actually different from what you say. You take the first Insurgent to the drop, go back for the second Insurgent, take it to the first drop, then go back for the third Insurgent, and take it to the first drop, all this before the confrontation with Merryweather, then once you defeat the wave of enemies, you have to repeat the process until you get to the last drop. All Insurgents have to be at the same drop for Merryweather enemies to spawn.

Professional is wrong, in gta 4 you did have vigilante missions, yes you have the most wanted missions but you can also respond to crime happening in the area.

they should add an option where if you use your personal taxi, you get more money like 2x and then if you use the vehicles with the cab livery on it, you get a permanent payout boost like maybe 4x, and occasionally take VIP's which will pay you like 50k per ride...
I'm fine with these types of dlc, how to be sorta a cop then officially being one, I've been suggesting a Bounty hunter type dlc for awhile, we don't work as a cop but for the cops tbh is a lot better then such, honestly I love if we are able to seize other businesses as a way to work with the cops as well as taking out our rivals by such, we either keep the seized products in the lock up or put it in our businesses and the cops but a blind eye for such, also I hope if we own this business, it would help prevent our other businesses from being raided and such, so yeah

Because at that time in real life in the US, a lot of cops unalived innocent people and abused their influence and power.

Not negative at all. It’s being realistic and setting your expectations low enough considering what we’ve been getting during the last 2 summer updates.
Nobody is playing anyway because after GTA 6 is out, everything will be wiped with the new online. What's the point of wasting time grinding more money.
@@minthouse6338 The current GTAO will still remain active even after 6 comes out. T2 still has plans to bank on the game with GTA+ and other additions. Plus, there’s the Character Party Hats that extend to “Year 15” so it’s likely to going to continue to have Event Weeks once it no longer receives more content (just like Ted Dead Online).

Who cares when I got cop cars in my garage. A police bike is all I'm missing and even then I'm ain't all that fussed.
5:59 gta 4 did had vigilanty missions from 3 random options you pick on the cop cap computer and there were also the most wanted, both only aviable on base game and not in the dlc's
I'm happy about the sparrow because it's faster then the oppressor mk2 but a ceramic pistol can make it smoke in 1 hit
A lot of Bail bondsman have been killed especially by members of the Mexican drug Cartel. Who are arrested then murder the Agent trying to arrest them. Additionally many bail bondsman have been imprisoned for excessive use of force which is why some states have banned the practice. That doesn’t mean people can’t take loans for parole early release etc. it just means in those states you’re taking loans directly from the Government not a private company. and if you skip bail police officers will go after you not private contractors.

I would’ve been fine with this update that if the 4-5 million dollar cop cars that do literally nothing this update would allow you to respond ( as a random event) to drug bust/raids to get free supplies for random businesses or random chances of special items for special cargo. Maybe flash your lights for a speeding car to take yourself as vehicle cargo. A special event where you save someone in a hostage situation to unlock a new dj for your club or a new heist crew member. But no I guess all we’re getting are contact missions and half assed poorly balanced businesses until gta 6.

Always knew they would bring back Cops ‘N Crooks! The quality that this DLC brings is just too great to let go of! Why would Rockstar and Take Two not go ahead with it!
9:28 Post-Op sell missions can be doable solo, but they are always difficult to accomplish, and it is always a must to use Oppressor mk1 or mk2 to fly back to the other vans. Either way, not worth the effort.
Finally, the sparrow is getting a buff after 3 years since it came out with the Cayo Perico Heist dlc. I think when doing the Heist preps, after it is buffed, should be able to survive the entire prep mission without smoking very early. I was a Cayo grinder when the Cayo Heist had those big payouts before it got the payout nerf since last year September 2023 and those were my moments. WHERE I GOT ALL THE VEHICLES AND BUSINESS PROPERTIES being earned from this Cayo Heist. The only thing very annoying was the and fragile armor on the sparrow that caused it to get smoking very early before finishing each prep mission. Now that the sparrow is going to get its armor buffed, I am very happy to see all our Cayo Heist beginners enjoy their improved sparrow. One big improvement I would love to see from the improved sparrow is taking more damage from bullets to be the same as either the buzzard (which can take 75 bullets before it starts smoking) or the savage (which can take 150 bullets before it starts smoking). Hope this comment helped all our Cayo Heist beginners!!!!!😆😆😆
Im so grateful to see them finally release this update here. I remembered we were supposed to receive this update years before but we all know what happened that probably caused it to not release that time.
Im so happy they still released it. I was a bit worried they were gonna cancel /scrap this dlc altogether here.

I agree racing in this game is pointless unless you want to do 100 completion but I'm just here for the story
I think you should celebrate your channels birthday by showing every crossplay outfit you have ever done in every single one of your play throughs in order!
I really want this DLC to be good although I remain skpetical given how the past couple of updates have been small these last few years.
i wish they stopped the dls already to dedicate more resources to 6
but that being said the main part of the dlc sounds pretty good
just the quality of life changes aren't good enough

Finally a Cop DLC
A half assed one. Though maybe that Vincent stuff lets us get cop outfits. (Plus the GTA 4 style police missions sound fun so there's that)

To actually make the biker/bunker solo friendly they need to add missions like they did for the hangar (ground sale missions) where its one vehicle every time
The bunker is easy to do solo. Just buy one round of supplies then sell it. It's always one sell vehicle then

Those outfits in the screenshot are very similar to the ones used in fiveM servers with the badge possibly being a sheriffs badge with agent etched into it unless bailbonds agent are sworn in by the local sheriff but no idea on how it works so could be wrong
They need to add the feature to have police chase you in the race. Currently the only way you can do that in the creator is to try to force the players to hit a police officer or cause chaos and even then, the spawn rate of the police is so low. I want to do a high speed chase while the police is chasing us
