Having test driven both the volvo EX 30 and the Zeekr X , it was really no competition ,the Zeekr wins hands down with a lot more "premium" interior and all the extra's you get as standard that are paid options on the EX 30( it would have been nearlt 10.000 euro"s more expensive then the Zeekr) and than the things you cannot even get on an EX 30 (like the head up display!) how a brand like Volvo (and Tesla) who are alwways big on safety , can think that having to do everything on a central display and call that safe is beyond me , i drive a Zeekr X AWD now and i'm not regretting that choice .. :)
Do you use the heads up display in controlling radio volume, channel, navigation and others? I can't believe a company like Zeeker which is known for quality and safety doesn't incorporate all these things on the heads up display.

I collected my new model 3 highland dual motor about 6 weeks ago and am stunned by how good it actually is. It’s my first EV and I can’t imagine ever buying another ICE car. And I’m a petrol head! I saw the Zeekr 001 & X in the shanghai dealer showroom.. built quality is premium. Gorgeous designer , didnt test drive it.. but I would say the Zeekr X main challenge is the Xpeng G6 .
You don't use the heads up display for that but the info is displayed on the smaller screen in front of you ,you can switch wathever you want to control by pressing the bigger switch on the right side of the steering wheeel and then changing radio channel /volume or temp and ventilation settings with the right side "joystick" button. i haven't played around with the navigation that much but it will provide navigation information in the head up display.
I love the digital door handles but they definitely need some other way to open them manually. Especially in case of emergencies. Maybe the button still works as a manual unlock if something happens to the power function?
We have our New Zeekr X , only complaint is they only supply 1 Key Fob - yes only 1 , have requested another key fob , never bought a car ,truck or Rv with out at least 2 fobs and spare door key , and no portable 3 1/5 KWH charger , everything else seems fine.
I agree, the Zeekr X is a nicer car than the Atto 3 but you will be paying $15k more for it in Australia (based on XC30 price of $60k) For a lot of people this price gap will be to much to even consider the Zeekr X.

Today I had a test drive of the Zeeker model X. In its own right, looks quite good, inside and out but parked next to the 001, it looks very down market. Drove the single motor, put it into sport mode and it’s more than plenty fast. Felt nice and nimble around town, never got a chance to try it on the highway. Single foot pedal only had two settings, either too soft/little effect or too hard. Neither mode felt natural like the Tesla. Biggest drawback was lack of luggage space. The frunk would maximum fit the charging cable, naught more. The rear luggage extremely shallow and wouldn’t fit my mum’s walker or a kids pushchair, maybe a stroller but then no room for groceries. Summary, I feel it was too compromised luggage space wise but also not the premium quality of the 001, ie ok but quite bland. Drive it like a ‘normal’ car but without the ease of a smooth single pedal EV. I wouldn’t consider this model.
I have an EX30 dual motor and honest opinion is the platform and drive quality is pure wizardry. The software is a beta program, unfortunately. Hopefully it gets ironed out with OTA updates
Seriously good looking car unlike the Origami Rubbish collection bin wagon known as the Pratt mobile cyber truck. The 0 to 60 is not important the comfort and cab design is.

I'm convinced these companies don't want to sell volume. They want to sell luxury so they can keep the profits up. I just want a car with a battery and I hate luxury. These cars should be $40000 by now. I'd love a Tesla, but I just don't want leather seats heated seats electric slow moving adjustable seats. Crap crap crap.
Who will repair this car after you have a crash? The battery is structural and the body is giga cast. It won’t take a lot to have this car written off.

The Zeekr X white interior is heavenly.. so classic.. tired of those typical black or dark grey interior.

my issue is, they compared it with the Tesla Model Y, they are not the same segment cars, the Model Y is 318 mm or 1 foot and 2/3 inch longer.

The charging door is ugly and it doesn’t have NACS but it’s a really sharp car. If that came to US all legacy auto will be done.
Why would it have NACS if it's not sold in the US? You do know that all the Tesla supercharges in Europe have CCS2, Combo 2, right?
