  • How to win tournaments knowing only one throw and one submission?
    The answer is very simple - you should have decisive tactics. I’ll share my secrets using my matches at the European IBJJF Masters which I won this may as an example.
    You’ll be surprised how simple yet effective that is.
    The main secret is my pragmatically usage of common mistakes jiujiteros make. It’s critical inability to wrestle in standing position. It starts with elementary movement on the mat, grips and finishing takedowns!
    In order to clean up your wrestling and be ready to beat anyone you can buy my course “Tactics of stand up wrestling for Sambo and BJJ” which reflects my 30 year experience 👉 promo.silapartera.com/shp-sum...
    After studying you’ll not only learn how to move correctly, break grips and outplay t-it opponents, but even more so, you’ll understand how to create your style to become a threat only knowing one throw!
    Up until August 10th you can buy it with 25% discount and receive another course as a gift.
    See details.
    False modesty aside, I’ll tell you, knowledge that I invested in that course allowed me to remain top sambist for 10 years, winning two world championships and win European IBJJF tournament.
    If your stand up is suspect - “Tactics of stand up wrestling” is your answer. It’s not a magic pill, it’s a concrete plan, which you should implement with hard work, and as a result be one notch better than your competition.

    Good that you choose a tournament that forbids pulling guard, is the bane of the sport.
    Good you are back on your feet kicking ass.
    Great content.

    One thing I notice is that Wrestler go so much further when learning Jujitsu because they got explosive background and pressure control. I also noticed at least in my gym, Wrestler give no trouble to our guys because we have so many wrestlers they force us to get better. when I got to another gym I see a Wrestler give trouble to a blue belt but in my gym a white belt can handle that same Wrestler. I think BJJ needs to evolve with wrestlering and sambo is perfect with it

      I'm not saying that sambo is the best sport... my philosophy is to take the best of all sports and include it in my own..but in this component sambo is more complex 😎🤘

    I didn’t quite catch one thing. If I’m right handed I should lead with my left foot or right? Super video by the way!

      @IvanVasylchuk_silapartera  Год назад +1

      in wrestling if you right handed - right leg forward, combat sports have opposite stance - if you rigty - left leg forvard
