Tony...I had bilateral 10 days ago at HSS in NYC... released after 4 nights and started with my therapist day after I returned home...out..not in home. Your videos are awesome...I got so much out of them...thank you
I’m in the pre op room. In an hour. Your videos are great. I’m in from one to three days. Yes I will be up walking this afternoon. Building confidence. Thank you.
@@totaltherapysolutions I have walked four short walks today. I wasn’t up yesterday as I has numbness right up to 10 pm They had a walker here but the physio had me use my crutches. As they have a tube in my knee they put in local anesthesia I have no pain at all at the moment. As I was doing well I did stairs today as well. I know pain is coming when they take the catheter out of my knee. Thank you for your interest. I feel I have found a knowledgeable kind person in your site. Thank you for responding to a fellow all the way in Australia.
Hi Tony can you tell me if there are any particular exercises I can do pre surgery as I’m having a L TKR which was originally a partial knee replacement . Unfortunately the hospital I’m going to in the UK doesn’t advocate a physio pre surgery . I am also still struggling with with a RTKR from 9mths ago so anything would be helpful .
